Been in Cleveland for 2 days. Stopped in the first morning - no eggs or egg whites. Stopped in the 2nd morning - the door was locked, but a lady was being served by one employee. After I waited for 5 minutes to have the employee open the door, both the employee and patron exit. "Great, Ill get served," I say to myself. Nope, the employee exits, locks the door behind herself (mind you its 45 mins past "Open") and she walks a block to another deli nearby and waits in line to buy food of her own at that place. Needless to say Ill never go back to this Subway.

My boyfriend and I were visiting Cleveland and stopped in. Right when we walked in the door the employee threw her hand in the air signaling us to leave as she said in her words "nuhh uhh we closed". It was 2:20pm on a Wednesday and the doors were not locked. Some other lady told her to serve us and the entire time she was talking crap right in front of our faces to another employee as she was continuing to be rude to us. Im not sure what the problem is but they need new employees. I will not be returning. Horrible experience.

Very rude worker , I believe she was the manager. she turned her nose up at me because she got my order wrong & going to tell me I said something I never said, then gone turn to one of the employes & said something an Manager shouldnt say. First time here and I am Never coming here again!

The lady who served today in the morning was awful! Very bad handling her customer! Refused even to let me use the washroom! (No keys!!!) besides the shop opened 1 hour later then it supposed to be (what it says at the door) ... I hope her supervisors take note of that

Arrived 15 minutes before stated closing time. Door open, lights on. Employee says one word "Closed" Ugh. I would not give this place 1 until that employee is fired.
