Went to the Taco Bell on 41 near downtown, they made us wait in a long line in drive thru and when we finally got up to order our food, they told us that their registers were down and were only accepting cash. I was forced to leave because I wanted to use a gift card so I decided to try the other location near IHOP. When we got there, there was an even longer line. I called inside to ask them if their registers were down too, and they said yes. Of course. And they were making people wait and not even coming out to tell them that theyre sorry and to let them know that they were having problems. The whole experience just sucked ass because I was tired, hungry and wasnt expecting to be out for so long, a whole hour to be exact with a pinch of gas left in the tank. Thanks Taco Bell...

Im not one to ever complain but my experience last night has compelled me to say something. Went to this location last night and placed a very basic order. Once I made it home my order was completely wrong. So I drove back and was given the correct order but unfortunately cold and left past its serving temperature. They had also told me that instead of cooking two more Cinnabon delights, that I basically had to deal with just having two when I paid for four. Completely awful experience, Ive never been in a fast-food dalema where I felt that the workers were so incompetent and lazy that I would ever write a bad review. Well, now I have.

For a Taco Bell this place is great. The staff and service is always awesome and friendly. However, it does seem that the location is underfunded and the store is not as nice as other, less enjoyable, Taco Bell restaurants. I never understood that. I give it 5 stars for the excellent serving staff. They could teach a thing or two to some of our other regional fast food establishments especially the Taco Bell near the Beach on San Carlos - terrible service there...

Losing Drea

This is the absolute best Taco Bell in my town or near where I live and I will drive for miles to get here because they have the best customer service and always the best food I always leave feeling satisfied and full not like the other stores I visited where if I opt out of certain items and a dish and ask for extra lettuce or something I actually get it at this place. Awesome!

August 11, 2015 at around 10:16 pm I ordered a #3 soft shell with a Mt Dew, a chicken quesadilla and 2 cheesy potato burritos at the drive thru. When I got home I discovered my cheesy potato burritos were something called a loaded potato... The service had no key defining moments, except I also did not receive a receipt and decided it wasnt worth it to go out again tonight..

Ordered two CHALUPA boxes, neither of them had meat, if I wanted to eat a wrap I would have gone to sub way, horrible customer service when I called to make a complaint and customer service at the drive through. Never going back and I do not recommend to anyone.
