I was there a couple of days ago and I had a disappointing experience. I was so mad that I had to send out an email to the people that own the place. I don’t think I will EVER go there, I suggest that everyone goes to some other restaurant because to be honest, I don’t want to support people like these. There’s millions of other Indian restaurants in Cleveland, its best to try one of them instead of this place. heres the email I sent them of my experience: Hello, I have recently visited your restaurant and I have a few things to say about your place. Your service to Indians is HORRIBLE, we are human too and you need to treat us just as well as the Americans. We was there a few days ago and when we entered the older Indian man basically threw the menu at my face and didnt welcome me at all. After we asked a few questions, we got extremely rude answers. The lady was our waiter and she didnt even serve our right. After a long time of waiting for her to come to our table, we got sick of it and decided to clean up the table ourselves. She saw that too, but didnt even come to help us or tell us that she will take care of it, instead she starting laughing and saying something to the owner. What kind of service is this? We might be brown but that doesnt mean you can treat us like this. In fact we have A LOT of American friends who we will NEVER recommend this restaurant to because of the way you have treated us. I am a student that has no time to cook Indian food and eat well, and honestly I dont know how to cook. Indian restaurants are a great chance for us students to get some food and get back to our busy schedule, so before you treat someone so awfully (especially someone that has not down anything wrong to you), think twice. they didnt do anything wrong, they simply just wanted to eat a good Indian home cooked meal with the little money that they have. So please, if you dont have the ability to treat EVERY SINGLE customer that walks through your restaurant door equally and well, dont open a restaurant. I am just trying to help you all and tell you what you are doing so you know. Maybe now that you know, you will change, but maybe not, its really up to you. Just wanted to let you know how disappointed I am in the way that Indians are treating other Indians. Your treatment at your restaurant makes me embarrassed of Indians. Thanks, Neena

I wanted to take out-of-town guests to enjoy some Indian food. I read the rave reviews on a Hot List and we chose Jaipur Junction. I should have looked at these reviews first. Here are my points: 1. DO NOT, I repeat, do not dine in the restaurant. Everything is served on, in or with plastic. We were shocked to see the server giving us water in cheap plastic cups. Since we drove quite a few miles and were hungry, we stayed. I was never so embarrassed in my life! Only eat this food for takeout but dont drive miles to get there. 2. Food is pretty good but the spice level is quite mild. I chose the Chicken Makhani with medium spice. I would say it was about level 3. The chicken was a bit on the chewy side; the sauce was great. My guests ordered Lamb Vindaloo and asked for Indian Hot. They commented the spice level was about 5 and not 10. They are veteran Indian food enthusiasts so they should know. My sister tried the Biryani and wanted mild. She could taste no spice at all. The Biryani also had a strange orange color. 3. Since the food was served on plastic, it really took away from the taste experience. We just couldnt seem to get past that. We even took some photos for laughs and put them on Facebook. 3. The naan and samosas were to-die-for. Absolutely delicious and fresh. 4. The menu is a bit overpriced since the restaurant has no ambiance whatsoever. 5. No alcohol is served which really disappointed us because we were ready to party.

I went there just yesterday on Nov. 3, 2016. The experience was awful. I normally dont write a bad review, but this restaurant fails to meet the basic standards of any dining or take out experience. I order Daal Makani and rice to go. When I walked in, there was noticeably dirt on the window ledges and floors. I was greeted in a friendly manner. When I finally got my food, I took home and was so excited to dig into this Indian dish on a cold day. I open the rice container and there was a black curly beard hair, or at least I hope it was beard hair in my rice!! I called the manager back to complain and get a refund. He only wanted to give me a refund for the side of rice. I told him I couldnt eat the rest of the dish because I lost my appetite and would not be returning as a customer. He relucantly told me he would refund me. After I gave him my card number, I thought the issue would be resolved, but I looked again today and I still have the charge on my account. I will NOT be returning and will tell everyone I know not to come to this establishment.

I landed at this place on my long journey from NYC to Chicago just by chance. After deciding on my lunch hour timing, I checked for a surrounding Indian restaurant on way, and JJ suited me perfectly well. I wasn’t going with high hopes but was pleasantly surprised by the quality. It was originally run by someone actually from Jaipur but has been taken up by a Bangladeshi who does perfect justice to the food. After staying in Chicago and coming from New Jersey, I can say the quality was comparable to best Indian food standards n US. The quantities are very appropriate & well priced. We had a decent meal for four with tea included and billed for $34. (Entrée for around 8, Biryani for 10 and tea for 2 each) Ambience is great with walls painted with scenes depicting Rajasthan. Could improvise probably on the smile and warmth, but rate that at 6/10 (In Indian restaurants, you expect that the least :-))

Jaipur Junction is a wonderful place to get take-out Indian food. Prices are more than reasonable and entrees often include nan or rice with them. When we lived in Parma Heights we would get dinner from J.J. at least once a week. I LOVE the chicken mahkani and my husband raved about all the vegetarian dishes. You cannot go wrong here, unless you are looking for a dining out experience. Styrofoam plates and plastic utensils are good for picnics, not dining. The buffet is from 12:00p-4:00p. Our experience was OK. The food was of course, excellent, but the restaurant is rather small, the crowd large, so I dont think we will rush back for it. Now that weve moved we are looking for excuses to be in the area so we can get some J.J. take-out again.

Paid nearly close to 200$ in purchased food. Was very disappointed in their cuisine, butter chicken had only 6 to8 pieces of chicken and was full of just sause. Naan were brunt all black on one side, Tandoori chicken was cut into 3 pieces and tasted so dry and old .The prices on their website is different from the prices they charged, for example naan is $2.00, but they charged 2.50 a naan, what rip off. I would never order from them again. I would recommend people go to Cuisine of India in Parma Heights.I would never eat here again such sloppy preparation in the food. Save your money people and dont go to Juncpur junction!!
