This is not because we did not expect it to be busy, however, we did expect to get great service, considering it was mothers day. My family and I waited in the lobby for an hour, which was expected. My 8 month old was starting to get fussy, as it was noisy, and very hot, so we took a table in the bar area. We regretted it shortly thereafter because it seems Olive Garden may have stuck their least popular server in there. The reason I state this is because from the beginning he was rude, and arrogant. His fellow employees did not seem to care for him either, and understandably, because he was ordering them around, not saying please, and was very abrupt. He said he was 21 or 23, with a one year old, and he had his ears stretched.. well... I have my 8 month old hooked to the table with us, and he places dishes over my sons head, and sits alfredo sauce, breadsticks, and soups right in front of him. I made plenty of room off to the corner, where things could be safely placed. Then add-on that we would ask for refills of drinks, breadsticks, salad, and soups, and he would come back and forth from the kitchen several times, without anything we asked for, and when we reminded him he seemed bothered by us and then would yip at a coworker to go get it for us. The coworkers would then apologize for things that were not their fault, as it was our server that was creating the chaos. Then my meal came, and I ordered the giant manicotti with the 3 meats. I indicated I wanted alfredo because red sauce upsets my stomach, and well.. I got the red sauce. After dealing with him for almost an hour, and how rude he was, I excused myself from the table, and took my son for a diaper change, then texted my mother that I would need to sit in the car because I was very angry with this guy, and did not want to make a scene. Needless to say I think Olive Garden needs to address this young mans issue. If he cannot be friendly, organized, and respectful, then he should not be waiting on tables. I was once his age, and was probably equally as arrogant, but on Mothers day, I expect better. Thank you

5 stars for service. I am not really a fan of Olive Garden. I can make the food better at home. I am Italian, so that is just how the story goes. However, I know the managers there and I am familiar with their managerial savvy, views, and manners in conducting business. They hold their employees to high standards and it shows each time I decide to pop in. For what it is worth, the food isnt awful. I just would prefer to make it myself. I do order alfredo or tortellini with braised beef. I like the alfredo enough to never be disappointed with it. I never attempted to replicate the tortellini dish. I tend to gravitate towards that one. So, with that being said, I can understand if you (the reader) do not like the Olive Garden and you cannot see past the smokescreen that is my bias.

This place has gone down hill. Despite having the touch screen ordering pads that take up way too much table space our order was still brought out wrong. They started by forgetting our soups then the waiter had to come back and ask again what I had ordered and then it came with the wrong sides. The food was bad. The cheese stick appetizer only had one that actually had cheese in it. The French onion soup was hurried and barely warm. My shrimp Alfredo noodles were chewy and way over cooked and the "Alfredo sauce" was basically just melted butter. Sadly, most microwave fare is better. Lastly the waiter just stood there and stared while I was entering the tip on the tablet thing. Which defaults to a very generous 20%. Do yourself a favor and skip this one.

Walked into a mostly empty restaurant on 06/30/2012. Hostess sat us in one of the event rooms. There was a baby shower sharing this space. This party was so loud I instantly got a headache. By the time our drinks came out I had enough. I told wait person we needed another seat and why. He returned with hostess she said there are no seats available would you like to sit at the bar? Okay their only option but at least it was quiet. We ordered from 2 for 25.00 menu. My wife ordered Spaghetti and meatballs with angel hair pasta. I ordered Eggplant Parm with Angel hair as well with extra red sauce as I dont like dry pasta. Both dishes came with regular pasta and my dish was dry no extra sauce. Bill the manager said sorry. What a joke will not be back.

It was extraordinarily great. Their birthdays are awesome to have there (free dessert) and the food is awesome. There is a great waiter named Solomon. This waiter was no ordinary waiter, as he bent down to talk to my 7 year old and explain the options on the menu. Anywho, the service (like all other reviews) is great especially with Solomon. The food is same as always which is good but the dessert my son ordered which was the Warm Apple Crostata and it was the best dessert my son has ever eaten for his birthday. I would recommend this Olive Garden for anyone who wants to have nice meal or just a birthday.

Food was fine, but even though we reserved a table on their online application, we still waited an hour (they were not that busy) to be seated. Then, we waited another 20 minutes before a server arrived, who knows how long it would have taken had we not gone back to the hostess to inquire if we even had a server. Despite both of these issues, no manager ever stopped by the table to check on us. Id give the food 3.5 stars, the server (once they found someone to take our table) 4 stars, but the management, hostesses, and overall experience 0-1, which results in a (barely) 2 star rating

My daughters and I went in tonight for a girls night out. We had a wonderful time. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a warm welcome from two inviting ladies. The restaurant was clean and had a light feeling. Our waiter Brian was constantly checking on us & refilling our drinks. My little girls love their water:) Our calamari appetizer was delicious! The food was timed just right to arrive as we were finished the appetizer. Our whole experience was perfect!. It was a wonderful evening for my daughters & I. :).

I am writing right from the restaurant because I couldnt wait to get out of here to do it. I am so upset with the poor service and the bad food they brought to my table. This was supposed to be stake and and lobster filled ravioli but it looks like a piece of shoe leather and rubber ravioli. I will post a picture of the plate for all to see. The manager came over to apologized and even offered to replace the food or a $25.00 give card but I decline both. I will never come back to this place for sure.

Place is always filthy. Every time we come in, there is some kind of confusion with getting us a table. Food is NEVER fresh (except breadsticks, although they have too much salt on them). My mom and I can taste a vivid difference between something thats freshly made and something that was re-heated in the microwave or is too old. Its whatever, but just letting you know, their dishes are around $15 and the quality is no where near that. I think, I wouldnt even eat there for free. Gross!!
