Well I arrived at your restaurant on December 13 at 10:48 AM placed my order two meals. First of all I was charged one earlybird buffet for $8.49 and one lunch buffet for $9.39. And we both had access to the same food so why was one more than the other? After fixing my plate sitting down I realize all of the food that I had chosen was cold it was not even lukewarm. My waitress Ginna spoke to all the gentleman working around the food explaining to them that the food was not hot yet and that they needed to start stirring it up. After about 15 minutes my waitress then went and got me A manager. I believe his name is Jesse. I explained to him that everything was cold. Jesse walked away told me he was going to go check on what I was talking about and of course by then the food at already been tended to and was now hotter than it was before so he came back to my table and just told me everything is hot now and walked away. I do not eat at your restaurant very often so for me its a treat .I dont eat a whole lot at once so by the time the food was hot I was finished so and disappointed so I didnt eat anymore I just thought you should know that your manager didnt seem too concerned and kind of dismissed me. My boyfriend takes me out to buffet places and restaurants on a date before we go see a movie every week. Our trip to Golden Corral was a decent choice for wanting to eat a little bit of everything of different foods we like. The staff was friendly from start to finish. The food was good (not phenomenal, by any means, but good enough to enjoy some of our favorite foods that we dont eat too often). It was Friday and there were a lot of people, as expected. This is the only Golden Corral close to where we live. Im not sure if its smaller than the one in Orlando and because I cant remember, Im not sure if this is why I feel like the selection was a little less varied than what I remember. The bourbon street chicken was a bit too salty and the carrot cake was left in shreds, which was hard to get a piece and didnt seem worth it to just leave it sitting that way. There wasnt anything outright dirty or gross to me in this experience. I didnt use the restroom there this visit, so I cant speak for it. Wed probably come back to this location at some point when considering choices for dates in the future.

Ive considered whether or not to write a review on my experience at this store yesterday. After considering it, I decided I just had to. We came in last night for my fathers birthday dinner. First, I have a 17 month old baby and needed a high chair. The high chair was just gross. I had to completely wipe it down and keep telling my daughter to not touch the straps. That was a constant battle. Second, I witnessed a manager yell at an employee. Yell. In front of the entire dining room. Ive been a manager. If theres a problem, you deal with it quietly. Not in front of other staff. And certainly not in front of customers. Ever. Third, my sister got some jello for dessert. It was hard. And the whip cream was hard. Their excuse... its sugar free. Ummm...ok. It looked as if it had set out, been put back in a cooler, and pulled back out again. Possibly a few times. It was disgusting. Ill never again eat at this place. I wouldnt suggest anyone else would either. And I hope someone sees this and decides to punish the manager in front of his staff for being such an inconsiderate jerk.

I wanted no STARS but theres no option for that...DISGUSTING PLACE!!!! DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY!!!! im angry because i live in Palm Bay..and its the only Golden Coral we have!!!! So now we have to drive either to Kissimmee or never eat Golden Coral again...we love that restaurant not just the one on Palm Bay Rd!!!! Workers are dingy looking..with dirty shirts...flies all over tables area and on the food!!! Dirty disgusting rugs...who wants to eat food after seeing flies walk on it!!! Do you know how dirty flies are..and what they do after they land on food?!!! We dont eat there anymore..we drive an hour and a half to go to the Golden Coral in Kissimmee..now theyre very clean there...air is awesome there..i guess because its more of a tourist location..but worth the drive!! Palm Bay Rd location better shape up..wake up..before someone calls the proper people to check you out!!! Your Staff there are very Unprofessional..dingy..and unsanitary!! Dont recommend any person to eat there..i could just imagine how the back where they keep and prepare food looks like..YUCK!!!!!

Their is definitely a variety of food available to you at any given point. I personally enjoyed the fresh grilled steaks over any other entree. The majority of the items are above average quality and taste, pasta such as mac & cheese ,lasagna & alfredo are nothing special to write home about. The wings were smothered in sauce that tastes good but the wings themselves without sauce had no flavor what so ever. The fresh bakery and dessert bar is definitely a plus. I would have liked to see the diversification amongst culinary options as there were for entrees spread amongst the drinks. Only The standard sodas were served with your meal with lemonade available to you if requested.The staff is very friendly and willing to engage in conversation with you. Waiting times to be seated can vary depending on the day and time. Overall i would recommend eating here especially for the quality of the overall experience given the low price. Just try and pick a day in which people arent graduating or large event in the area to avoid very large crowds.

The food was horrible....dried out....not stirred....no mashed potatoes and when I asked they didnt have any ready to come out or even cooking.....when I walked to the carving station the dingy employees were standing around talking about there time in jail. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Of course what do u expect....and when I searched for the manager couldnt find him then when I did he was too busy texting n talking on his cell phone. Now they will have the excuse that they just served a bus of about 200 ppl.....no it wasnt.....maybe 50. But thats no excuse. Food should have been attended to and more cooking for when they ran out on the bar. I used to work at this location. Was much better. May want to check on Mgr. Hes been there for a long while. But I wont be going back EVER.....very bad experience for my granddaughter n i

We have the habit of not writing off a restaurant based on one bad experience. This one marks our 3rd, and last. While the location was ok in cleanliness and our server was better than the last 2, the variety or choices of food was limited, not typical of a large GC, there werent very many kid friendly items (aside from the massive dessert island, which by the way had the worst tasting, stale and raw chunky carrot cake and even worse watered down Chocolate(s) fountain I have ever had) and when we went to pay, my husband asked do you have a military discount?, without so much as a glance the cashier barked rudely We dont THAT today, as a matter of fact, we dont do THAT anymore. At all. Thatll be $___. which would have been ok had she politely said no or Im sorry, we dont. Needless to say we wont be returning there.
