Ok. After 40+ years plus eating out from street tacos to Best restaurants in the world. This is one of the worst in have stepped in. To start. Dishes were not properly sanitized smell classic rotten when sponge is old or dishwasher is sanitized. Complained with manager he said did not smell anything. But I was not crazy whole family had the same problem. We finally agreed to change into disposable plates. When food came another thumbs down. Calamari overcooked was crunchy like pork rings (chicharrones) . Linguini di Mare was rather Linguine di pomodoro (tomato) a cheap tomato salsa. I beleive they open a tomato can and heat it up in the microwave. I am Italian descendent so I beleive I Know what I am talking about. And on top of that my wife asked for frozen Margarita. Was more than blended ice. But I have to point out that both server and manager were courteous and promised that will check dishwasher. Also I need to add that this is the first time I tried this chain. Where it could be an untrained cook or just not as good as I expected. Either way the smelly dishes is a Sanitary big problem.

I dont understand how people can have such low standards. The breadsticks are frozen (as is most of the food) and then reheated in the "kitchen." I ordered eggplant and you could clearly taste that it was previously frozen, it just had that frozen taste to it and was not the texture you would expect from something fresh. The sauce also tastes like it is from a bottle, a good bottle, but a bottle nonetheless (this I am not sure about, but it sure tastes like it). While the prices arent particularly high, I personally think they are a little high for bottled sauce and frozen food. Any restaurant open at 11:00 am ready to serve you food, is probably not making fresh food. Now if you do not mind paying $20 for breaded chicken which was frozen 1 month ago and is being reheated along with some garbage quality pasta and bottled sauce, then by all means go there. But please do not go here thinking that they are making your food fresh in the back. It is near impossible, most good restaurants take hours of prep throughout the day in order to make good food, you simply cant do that opening at 11:00 am.

Wow. What a magnificent place!!! My server, Christina, was polite, professional and very friendly in greeting me and making me feel super comfortable during my time here. She was a wonderful server and I left my appreciation on the tip. If you get Christina as your server, please do so as well. She was so kind and attentive, and thats hard to come by these days. About the food... the Spicy Calabrian Chicken Breadstick sandwich was NOTHING like the menu picture. It had 2 small chicken pieces, not even strips that the kids menu gets, and was pretty much plain chicken inside a Breadstick with tomato sauce. Very plain. It comes with fries and ketchup though. It may be a good choice for a kids meal... other than that, the service was great.

Bueno mi opinion particular llegue el domingo a las 10:02 min y estaba cerrado pero yo no lo sabia y resulta ke una muchacha k ahi trabaja salio corriendo y le puso el pestillo a la puerta en vez de tener la decencia y la educacion de decirnos k estaban cerrado a las 10 entonces mi opinion es de malisimo trato y mala educacion pero bueno esa es mi opinion

Not the least bit impressed by the food. I could have bought a can of soup at the supermarket and a head of lettuce and gotten the same results. Nothing but iceburg lettuce in my salad , one limp tasteless pepperochinni in it...oh and a little shredded something, the salad was horrible. the soup wasnt much better . i could tell it came straight out of a microwave oven, (cold on one side ,hot on the other side of the bowl) they dont even cook the soup there, its just warmed up. Horrible. The service was very good. Very nice waiter, polite , quick and knew the menu, So remember the food sucks but the service is good. Way over priced. Save your money and go to a good restaurant.

Worst experience ever!! Had dinner with my bf at this restaurant last night and thats the last time were ever going there . They messed up on my bfs drink more than 3 times, on top of that the breaded calamari we ordered was pail white like if it wasnt fully cooked, the food didnt have enought salt and it was not hot, tasted like its been sitting in the kitchen for a while. Then of course the manager comes by and looks at us as if he didnt understand what was going on... very unprofessional!!! He shouldve been more understanding and at least try to accommodate the customer.

I did Not expect the wait to be bad on Thursday night. Few minutes wait before we were seated THEN a WHOPPING 25 Minutes before we were offered water at the table. when we ordered wine, the server indicated it will be awhile because she has to clean the glasses, the dishwasher leaves spots and its looks nasty. big turnoff. The food was Blah. The grilled chicken was stiff. the plate was warm but the food was cold, and tasteless. all in all a poor experience

Wow. Ive been going to Olive Garden for over 20 years. Every year the prices go up and the portions go down noticeably!!! Tonights create your own Tour of Italy was PATHETIC!! A small young lady would have been hungry after this entree, let alone a large guy like myself. You have lost this customer for life and will no longer purchase your gift cards as gifts during the holidays!!!

Today, I decided to partake in one of the many gestures of gratitude for those who have served this Country. This establishment treated me with the utmost respect and provided me a cherished moment in time which I only regret not being able to share it with my family. The staff, service and meal was greatly appreciated. Retired USMC, it was an Honor to have served.

Totally dissatisfied with a waiter, whose body language, and attitude was very disrespectful and as a threat to my family member. nothing was done about the situation. My family member is very upset, because just the Sunday before this took place the same waiter was given a very substantial tip from my family then to return and be disrespected was not cool.

Had shrimp scampi over angel hair was terrible. Shrimp should be sautéed in oil & garlic no trace of garlic or oil shrimp was old no taste friend agreed tried two shrimp could not eat it . angel hair was dry & tasteless, sorry this is the first time I have ever written to complain ever, but this was awful, not Italian.

Slow slow slow! They sit you fast but when it comes down to the waiter. He came and introduced himself like 20 minutes after being sat down, then the food came in late and then the waiter came to charge us like 45 minutes after. They need better waiters. Slowest olive garden i ever been on. Never going again

We went with a party of 4, we ordered a lot of appetizers and 2 entrees to share. The appetizers were awesome. The main entrees were amazing as well. Everything was good but the waiting time. Its what wed expect walking in the door, which is usually crowded with people after 7:00pm on a weekend evening.
