The service is horrible, food 9 out of 10 prepared incorrectly. The customer service is super bad, super rude, their are like only 3 employees who are actually well mannered and nice, good customer service, but if it werent for them this place would really be trash. The managers seem to busy to even care if you wanna give a complaint, inside is always dirty and their are always home less people either inside the restaurant just staring at you eat your food or outside asking for money. This place really needs to be updated including the managers , I used to come here often but because all of the bad experiences, I stopped coming here and if you come. Come at your own risk

Weird kid at the window past midnight needs customer service training. Awkward, impatient tone, no customer manners. Asked me three times (every thirty seconds) to let him know when Im ready after I asked twice for a couple of minutes to figure out what I wanted. Looks at me with a dry, sour face when i arrive at the window, when he returned just handed me my food with the same dry disinterested/passive aggressive look on his face and didnt say a word.. "thank you, bye." At least would have worked, but this kid obviously doesnt want to work, or be there. Will surely not be going back there at night.

It was a bad experience, beautiful ladies but poor "cross contamination"skills..if I order ,fresco"non-dairy"vegan,and they actually accept,allow and process my order,then they need to follow thru,I had to order twice,because the first time,my food had traces of cheese shreds and traces of sour cream that I did not want..the second time I saw the order makers,picking in my food trying to remove traces of cheese with gloves on..I was disgusted..there fingers were deep in my "soon to be eaten "order..I had to ask for my money back..

Ugh if I could give them a zero I would!!! They dont let you finish ordering and every second ask you if your order is correct when you havent even started ordering... Then you get to the window and they almost throw the bags at you and half the things are missing. And when you try to tell them that they forgot to give you a drink they finish your sentence by saying that sauce is discontinued.. Like um... I need my drink -_- . horrible. Trying to be fast service instead they do horrible service

In almost 2 years of visiting this location, Ive always had food prepared correctly, my order delivered very fast and accurately, and food that was up to par. Ive only once had an issue where food was not prepared properly, and my order was messed up, but the manager Patrick offered to correct it for me no questions asked. Very happy with the service Ive received.

Yes its fast food, but Everytime I need come I feel like they just want to get rid of you. No napkins , spoons , straws in the bag. They usually charge you and have your food by the time you drive up. I litterly feel like if they just want you to go. Not good customer aercive.

DONT EAT HERE!! Unless you like being being talked down to by the trash that works there. The last time I went there the lady in the drive through was RIDICULOUSLY rude and didnt even get our order right. We get to the window and its the MANAGER!! Will never eat here again.

This place has always been second rate not up to Taco Bell standards. It starts with the third world craftsmanship on the furniture. The tea the containers taste like nestea powder mix undrinkable. The orders are slow coming out. Never had a quality aTaco Bell meal here

When hurricane "matthew" was close they were the last shop open. Food was nothing special but the cashier was very friendly and patient since we didnt know what to order. We waited like 2 minutes for our fresh and warm food. Good job taco bell, didnt expect that.

I call them and they lie to me and said that they closed at 12 am then went got there and it turns out that they closed at 3 am and on top of that they gave me a soda with no ice and really hot but this is the type of service you will get in homestead anyways

They are super weird on the intercom - not sure if its a technical issue or they are just impatience, volume is usually too low. The guys who work at night are friendly. Orders not usually quite right but, of course, you dont find out til youre long gone.

Bunch of fresh high school kids laughing and talking around the register while Im waiting forever and watching them give wrong orders out is not a sight to see. Poor service. Very disappointed and I live walking distance. Bad impressions

I LOVE taco bell, and Ive been coming to this one since I was in middleschool, the only problem is.. it hasnt been updated since... its so old inside if you want a flashback to the 90s then ok, but it needs a modern update
