Escogi este restaurante entre tantos que hay en Miami para pasar mi cumpleaños y que gran sorpresa me lleve. La atencion empezo regular para no decir mal, pues con rantas mesas vacias tuvimos una espera de casi 15 mtos. Nos atiende una muchacho joven pero al parecer inexperto. Tomo la orden, vimos pasar mas familias a las que se les atendia y nosotros a la espera. Luego de casi 25 mtos el muchacho llega a nuestra mesa y se disculpa a lo cual aceptamos. Nos dice que la orden no la proceso y que se termino lo que le habia solicitado. Lle hago otra porden y luego llega el manager a decirnos que la orden de mi esposo no estaba que la iban a mandar a cocinar en ese momento. Un desastre. Al final lo que ordenamos no estuvo bien. Los alimentos no era lo que pensabamos al final no soy capaz de reco.endar este restaurante a ninguna amistad nuestra y por mi parte yo aqui no vuelvo. Espseo se superen porque el ambiente es muy agradable pero el servicio al menos para mi y mi familia fue un fiasco

(I am a little late w/ this review cause we originally visited this place March 25th 2017) The service we received was top notch from beginning till the end.... We were greeted right away and the lady (hostess) was super nice! Very friendly and had a smile on her (I always look for how Happy ppl look at the place their working at) so that made us feel very welcomed .... We were assigned Efrain to be our waiter... He was sharp and his service was amazing! He answered and explained every question we asked.... I loved the fact how he checked on us quiet often (we were seated outside ) Food came out accordingly... And everything was HOT! CALAMARI WAS GREAT!!! Soon yummy and crispy! The lamb chops were cooked just right! Exactly how my husband likes them! (Med. Rare) My shrimp plate was amazing! Sooo flavorful! The drink I choose was an "Italian Mule" (first time trying it) and I loved it!, If you are into ginger flavors this is a MUST TRY!!! LAST but not least we had dessert ... Cant think of the name exactly... But it was some sort of cheesecake... (The one Efrain recommended) and it was very delicious... So very smooth... Not too sweet... It just hit the spot! After we payed and got up to head out... The ppl standing near the hostess (along w/ the hostess) said "thank you for coming... Have a good night".. This is the kind of service that makes me want to come back.... When we (as customers) are awknowledged that really counts and means a lot! Speaks greatness not only for this place but for the ppl you hire and represent your restaurant! I look forward to visit sometime soon!

Amazing restaurant, will come again to this place. Great place to take a love one.We got the food so quick we were amaze by the quick service. Only bad thing is for the amount money you paid. I feel like I got a small portion of food . Other than that the restaurant is pretty good. We dine outside because inside it was freezing cold. One of the resturant best thing in that restaurant was there outdoor fire pit. It really good so when you finished having a meal with some one . Is such a nice place to be to just relax and talk after the meal. Our waiter was just amazing and attentive to everything we wanted and was very knowledgeable of the menu. I would recommend this place to friends for a casual night out with some one special. I dont give them a full 5 star because they charge a lot for each plate and is not very big portion. Dont get me wrong is not a pricy restaruant, I just think they should serve more portion in the plate. Other than this is the restaurant to go to.

We came here on a invitation for a birthday, we were a party of 9. Our calamari was good, our wildberry lemonades were amazing.. But our food.. Was terrible! Our reservation was at 8:45 and we got our food served to us at 10:30, not to mention it was cold and hard as a rock! My boyfriend asked for the Sausage pasta, and it was what seemed to be poorly cooked. One of the people dining with us, ended up having her order cancelled of how long it was taking. And shortly after, our party of 9 was kicked down to 2, just my boyfriend and I, we thought.. "Lets see how the food is" worst decision of my life was coming here. our waitress was sweet and understanding, and the manager tried to help us to the best of his abilities.. But it just didnt cut it.. If I could give this place a - star. I would.

Le nourriture laisse à désirer, pâtes trop sec et la sauce gélatineuse puis un sorte de poisson pané trop cuit dans lhuile. Service déplorable, nous navons pas eu de couvert au début du repas pour manger, ni de serviettes, et les serveurs se sont trompé plusieurs fois pour nous servir. Seul point positif lendroit, super sympa, belle décoration.

Great restaurant but very rude Manager, Justin Wainwright. We been attending the Brio chain for a while now, Aventura and now Dolphin mall. One of the nice things that our daughter love is that they get dough so they can make it into the shape they want and then it is oven cooked and prepared for them as desert. Well this very rude manager took a dirty wet drape to our table and asked us in a rude tone to clean the table because there was flour and dough on top of it. Our daughter felt horrible and so did we. Justin has a very bad attitude so I would not recommend you take your kids to this location. We will not come back due to him, poor management

After a disappointing trip with my family to "Kobes" which now is Kona and does not have hibachi anymore, we walked to Brio right next door. Jaime I. promptly greeted us at the entrance and took us six to a round table that fitted us all. While ordering drinks I ordered my grand mother unsweetened tea, but I forgot to tell him that she cannot drink cold drinks, he graciously took the drink back and within seconds had a hot tea back in the table. I ordered chicken parmigiana, and it was absolutely delicious, my aunt ordered a salmon, the smell alone made all of our mouths water. However the mashed potatoes were a little lacking in flavor.

Mal servicio , falta de profesionalismo del staff , atienden sin guías , sin pautas , improvisando y además lo hacen mal , infinita la cadena de errores para enumerarlas aquí . La comida pésima , igualmente parece una mala improvisación , gaste su dinero en otro lugar .

Absolutely great dining experience - from the plentiful and tasty plates to the surprisingly great service for a busy night, will definitely return. Made a reservation and was seated promptly, so definitely make one if you plan on coming, especially on a busy night. You will not go wrong with the shrimp and lobster fettuccine - fresh pasta with a nice spice without skimping on the seafood. The shrimp risotto and lobster tail was delightful as well. Their dessert menu did not disappoint either. Moderately expensive but so worth it.
