Have visited 3 times in the past month and all 3 times they did not have a deep dish pizza "Hot and Ready". Wait time is then 10-15 minutes. This is not acceptable when your main advertisement is quick pick up pizza with no ordering ahead needed. She even tried to ring me up without telling me tonight which would have forced me to stay and wait. Not mad but very frustrated with it.

Frequently get a hot and ready pizza weekly, have never had issue with service or pizza. My daughter needs a pizza box for a school project and I offered to pay for an extra clean box while I ordered a pizza and they refused to allow me to purchase a box. Why can I buy a pizza but not a box. Woulda paid full price to prevent my daughter from taking a dirty greasy box.

The mixture of Munster Cheese with the Mozzarella is awesome! A large pepperoni pizza that is always ready when you walk in is great, but order their large pepperoni pizza with extra sauce and it is excellent.
