I got there and was meeting up with a few other people. After waiting 20 or so minutes for our server to come back, she never asked me what I wanted to drink (so I just stuck with my H2O). When I asked her if I could order, she said "Cant you wait?" and she continued walking back inside. When she returned 10 minutes later she asked if I was ready to order (in a rude manner). So I ordered a snack size of the Parmesan Garlic boneless wings. My friends food started coming out and when I was holding my friend who was sitting across the tables wings (which were the wrong style) she grabbed them out of my hand abruptly. A few minutes later, she brought out my food and said "here." I ate the wings but was still hungry, so I asked if I could order some Honey BBQ, and at this point she wasnt being as rude, but asked my friend if he wanted more water and not me, when our cups were next to each other and at the same level. I ate my food and was waiting for my check after everyone else got theirs. We found out she placed my order on my friends bill. She finally brought out my bill (which is way too high for the portions they give you) so I gave $6 cash and asked her to put it towards the bill, and charge the remaining balance to my debit card. She processed the card and brought me the receipt, and she did not put the $6 towards the bill. I went inside and asked another server about it after I couldnt find ours. She said she would send her out to correct it. When she came back out after another 15 minutes of waiting, she acted like I didnt give her cash. But they corrected it, and I was on my way. However, about an hour later when I was sitting at home, I continued this wonderful experience by getting sick to my stomach all night into the morning. Thanks a lot BWW for such great service and a delightful meal.

We stopped by there for a quick lunch snack. I really like the place. It is a wide open space with plenty of room around your tables. Large bar area, which I did not visit further this time. We just sat down in the main food area. Service girl showed up fast and we were asked what we want to drink. She came back to fast for me to order, but patiently waited another few minutes. We had the Table Gate Sampler ( not sure about the name) and I ordered the Go Hog Wild fries ( which I found was a mistake). the sampler was good. Wings were hot and not fatty. I tried the Caribbean Jerky sauce , which was excellent. The medium hot was not really good. The spinach dip was great and the chips very good. Jalapeno poppers hot and tasty. The two soft pretzels were also very good with the cheese dip. The fries were small and not really hot. But the taste was good. The price was way to high. What I thought to be a 1.99 fries turned out to be a 4.98 fries with the explanation , that it is a regular fires for 2.98 and then loaded. If that was a regular fries portion, good night LOL. I would not order those again. However. I liked the place, the service was ok. Food was good. Next time I try the beer and add the comment if I can. Prices are a little high. The lunch specials were around 9 $ and did not look huge. They have tons of sports channels though, which is nice. I did not see the golf channel, which I am sure they would put on if asked. There is an outside area also. Not a place I would go all the time, but a nice sports bar to stop by once in a while.

Ive been to so many different Buffalo Wild Wings.. this is one I will not return to.. we stood at the door no one greeted us.. we went and sat the waitress in that section seen us no smile nothing just kept walking then she comes after receiving old tea we were finally able to get it replaced by time the food came due to once she brought the drinks we ordered and although we kept trying to get her attention she just kept ignoring us.. all of our food apps and entrees came out together.. the salad was room temp the lettuce, tomatos, ranch and cheese all of it warm!!! The waitress was sarcastic ( like When we asked for boxes because we only ate 5 wings and the corn dogs so we had at least three boxes worth of food she brought one box and made comments) we were constantly having to flag her down for anything needed and there were times she looked right at us and kept walking if they were packed or if she had more than our table and two others it wouldnt be a big deal. If it was because of the time we went thats understandable but she never once treated her other tables how we were treated. She was attentive and would check on them.

I wish I could give no stars. I order food to go. I spend around $70 on for lunch for a few of us. I get there the food isnt ready. Ok thats fine Ill wait, I mean I just ordered it 30 Mins ago and Im not on my lunch break right?. Right. So I ask cashier how much longer. His name is Gavin, And he ablousily hate his job as he rolled his eyes, and walks back to kitchen area. He come back w/ nothing in his hands, he doesnt say a word and starts helping the next person in line. Wow! Really. So I asked are the other orders ready? He starts to give then to me. Then I notice I still missing one. I let him know and it was on the counter in front of him. I ask him for forks and ranch. He brings 2 ranch cups. I tell him I need more ranch I just order a bunch of wings. He goes back for 1 more ranch. I said REALLY?. He says Let me go get a manager. Manager come out and says I we only give Ranch when you ask for it. I tell manager, When I place the order I ordered 5 cups of ranch, why do I need to ask for it again. He just oh Im sorry, Let me go get some more ranch. I just left. Angry as HELL. Will not go back to this location!!!

Every time Ive been to this location, my service has been poor. My drinks are never refilled, and the server always takes forever to come back to the table. Since the inside service was horrible, I tried to get a takeout order. I called, and they left me on hold for like 5 minutes and then didnt even tell me my amount or how long it would be ready. I arrived to the location 30 minutes after I had ordered. We still had to wait for it when we came in to pick it up. You could tell the waitress was very annoyed and I found that unprofessional. Overall, the staff is terrible here. They obviously dont care about their customers, and dont deserve to be tipped. I expect good service or at least a kind server when I go out to eat. Managers need to be aware of this, and make changes. Ive eaten here about six times, and I still receive the same treatment regardless of the person serving us. I get that I look young, but when I go out to eat I tip well due to the fact that I also work in a food industry and know how it is. Either way, no one (regardless of age or looks) should have this type of service given to them.
