We went to Buffalo Wild Wings on a Saturday night after a concert. There was big sign that said please wait to be seat. We stood there for 10 minutes being watched by the bartender and a waitress (both had no customers) and never once did they acknowledge us or tell us that we should seat ourselves. We found this out from an off duty waitress who turned the sign around and it said to seat yourself. We went to seat ourselves in a booth only to find out that the section we chose was now closed even though there were other occupied tables in the area. We moved the hightop table with the stcky menus and waited for a waitress to welcome us. After about 5 minutes she came up and said what can I get for you. I asked what would she recommend as I had never been to this establishment before. Her reply was well what kind of wings do you like. I really hoped for more help since we were one 6 customers in the fridged place and I had just explained I was a first timer. I guess she couldnt tell this through my glass smile. We ordered lemon pepper and spicy garlic wings, fried pickles and salt and vinegar fries. Everything came out in these little paper boats, we had no silverware and the chicken tasted like the freezer, chewy not crisp at all. The fries had to much of the salt and vinegar salt so it was impossible to eat and well the fried pickles were ok. The place was fridged, unwelcoming and the food was a disappointment. Even though they are a neighborhood establishment, I will probably not go again.

This is the worst buffalo wild wings I have ever been to. And Im not basing this on one trip. No. I have lived nearly across the street it from it for one year now. I visit roughly every other week for the entire year I have lived here. Every single visit has been horrible. The food is always good. But it seems regardless of how far in advance I order my food, I wait a MINIMUM of 15 minutes for it once I arrive. The thing is, my food itself is ready. Its usually waiting on the counter when I arrive. The wait time is solely due the fact the sour wait staff is chit chat with one another about their plans later, answering the phone in the MIDDLE of helping the person standing there, pouring ranch (why on earth is the blue cheese pre portioned but the ranch not?) and then all those activities are being performed at a snails pace while you wait. I walked up this evening with my wings sitting on the counter. I waited 17 minutes for her to pour two ranch packs, and put the one wing sauce container into a bag and send me on my way. Why did this take 17 minutes. Nevermind the fact I had to drive ALL THE WAY BACK once I got home, because while I saw her pick up the sauce, im not sure what she did with it. When I arrived back at the store, she gave me my sauces, and just said "oh, I forgot them" without an apology. I love buffalo wild wings, but will never, ever return to this location until the day I die.

We Liked the atmosphere, plenty of TVs in good working condition for sports. Very clean and new. Friendly staff. Lots of beer varieties... However, the food was not good. It has a menu of your basic bar foods. We have been there 3 times and will no longer order food (if we go back). We have had their nachos which uses liquid pour cheese, this makes a soggy mess especially when they poured it over the lettuce! We had their shrimp tacos, this consisted of 3 small soft tortellias with a scoop of their coleslaw and a couple of small breaded fried shrimp tossed on top (the kind of shrimp that comes breaded in a box and dropped in the fryer). We also had their buffalo chips which were so over seasond they were ineditable. The wings are good, however they were small. I am no "foodie" and not a fussy person, I have had these same dishes in many other sports bars in town, this was by far the worst! Come on! a scoop of coleslaw in a tortellia and call it a taco?? If you go I would recommend just sticking with wings or burgers, those are at least hard to screw up. I give it 2 stars for atmosphere and none for their low quality food.

Would never, ever return to this filthy, low standard restaurant. From start to finish, this place was terrible. It was 2:30 on Sunday June 11, 2017, not busy at all and we were seated at a table surrounded by trash covered tables and a floor covered with food and trash. Service was terrible, my daughters soda came with a lemon seed floating in it, couldnt find anyone for the longest time to replace it. It took at least 15 minutes for our beers, my husband was handed "plastic" utensils (after being served food with no utensils or napkins) by a manager who also called him "Pops". There was more breading than chicken on the bonesless wings which were not anything special at all considering this is a wing house. Both of my daughters sides came out as appetizers, the list goes on....too much to list. The worst part was my husband mentioned the terrible service to a manager mid-way through and all he said was "let me check on your food". He returned with it and we never saw him again.

My father took me and my 6 year old daughter here on 3-25-17. While everything went as most typical BWW establishment go, aside from the slow food delivery. About 8 hrs later my stomach started to hurt and then the vomiting and diarrhea came on. I threw up for about 2 hrs and knew I had eaten something bad. I thought it might have been the wings, but my daughter woke up sick and threw up as well. Called my father and he was throwing up as well. The only thing we shared were the onion rings and sauce. The onion rings are deep fried, so I am sure it was the sauce as that is the only thing all 3 of us shared. I called BWW to explain the issue to warn them about the possible sauce contamination. I received the most half harted apology you could possibly give . They took no info on the time we were there, where we sat, and what else we ordered. Just a "sorry. hope you feel better" and that was it. Eat here at your own risk.

I left this B-Dubs to go a different location to enjoy the game. I normally dont leave these kind of reviews, but Im sincerely annoyed. I tried to strike a conversation with a passing host, server, the bartender, the manager, and all of them gave me the general sense that they do not want to be there. I understand it gets busy, I know the day sometimes its rough, but I literally was shut down and ignored when I tried to have conversation not pertaining to ordering food or alcohol. That said Ill take my business to another Buffalo Wild Wings since I do love the company and know that this was just one of those one off situations. That said come with people who actually entertain You to this location otherwise youre wasting your time. Edit: it wasnt busy. There were 4-5 hanging out at the host desk for a good 10-15 mins.
