6 employees and this is the experience today : No cups for water. When the employee got it from the storeroom, while opening the wrap, some cups fell to the floor. She didnt hesitate in grabbing it and putting it back together and offering the cups! Ugh They are running out of all kind of plates and you have to remind the employees... No pizzas available! The restaurant is not even half full and they have NO pizzas available. Didnt do stuffed pizzas or their all new ones. Dont have all of the salad ingredients available. Dont get me wrong, the food is good but they lack of coordination to plan to run smoothly. Whos fault? Whether is the employees or the manager, its really the manager for not being capable of keeping logistics in place. Sadly, Its no longer my favorite Cicis to eat. Thumbs down

Antes estaban buenas las pizzas , pero desde que no estan los dos señores Hispanos que hacian la pizza ya no es lo mismo, ahora se tardan mucho para tener listas las pizzas y algunas estan quemadas y no tienen mucha variedad como antes, las muchachas que tienen para atender aveces no revisan lo que falta como servilletas oh hielo

Worst Cicis in the area hands down by how dirty they are. This location never seems busy and they hardly put any fresh pizzas out. The bathrooms are dirty and having water all over the floor wasnt good either. They have no onions for the pizzas or the salad bar its like are you kidding if your running a cicis you need onions and all other toppings for a pizza. The workers are touching the pizzas with dirty hands when its not sanitary back there at all. Dont know how this place has been in business as long as it is now so dont see any improvement with this location and thats why people dont usually come here and dont blame them because this one sucks.

Be VERY careful when you pay. I had a few gift cards leftover from Christmas, thought I could use them here (one had $25, the other some amount leftover but unsure of the balance). Girl at counter apparently does not know how to use them. Another girl came to assist her, seeing that this is taking too long I explained I could just pay with my debit card. Second girl charges me on the debit, I ask for the gift card back so I can call and see what the problem is, but girls insist they dont have it. I never got it back, only have one of the two I went in with and was too tired to argue further. Conclusion: no sense whatsoever of customer service.

HORRIBLE! Girl at counter too busy flirting with a towel delivery guy to correctly hear my order... It was made it was wrong and did not bring it out. Second was even worse. Taco pizza with 1000 island and some yellow sauce on it? NO! Manager was understaffed.. Why???? He let one if the girls go next door to get her nails done! Almost every table was dirty. Piles of plates, trash on floor and the bathroom... Ive used cleaner ones in truck stops on the interstate! Never eating there again! May want health department come and take a look there! Person making pizza not wearing gloves then touched cooked food on bar!

Horrible experience, they ran out of the honey BBQ chicken, Parmesan chicken, and the buffalo chicken. They are supposed to take the pizza to you when you order one (like the do at the fowler location) but here they dont, so if you order a pizza and you dont pay attention and they put it on the buffet table other people will take it before you even realize it. Manager on the phone all the time and people not wearing gloves. Did not have alfredo sauce, only marinara. Some pizzas were burnt and cold. If I could give 0 stars I would. Go to the Fowler location, so much better pizza and customer service.

If you are african american dont go there, the manager is very racist. I had the worst experience at this place. I go to a different one I wish I had gone there not here. I lost my appetite cause of the racist manager. My god daughter is black and manager came to my table and asked for the receipt cause he said he didnt think we was together. If we are eating on on table that means we are together she is only 10 you think a 10yr old it wondering looking for people at restaurants to eat? He was so nasty with the tone of his voice. I was disgusted by him. By the way Im puertorican

Fool me twice.... This cicis is one of the worst Ive been to. We got here at 8:30pm tonight, they close at 10, but were already closing to the point that there was only one spatula on the entire buffet and no new pizzas were being made. What was available had already turned hard from being under the heating lamps and all the tomatos on the salad bar had black dirt on them. We were last here six months ago and had a similar experience;old food and unwilling employees, but in the middle of the afternoon. We took a chance, but wont be back. Save your money, go elsewhere.

I usually dont leave comments like this, but I really want to save you some time. This was hands down the worst Cicis Pizza I have ever been to. Please, do not waste your time or money here. Somehow, they managed to have completely flavorless pizza, breadsticks, pasta, even brownies. Terrible A/C, so my family and I were sweating the entire time. They had the smallest selection of pizza have ever seen. I hope you will just trust me on this one. Its worth the gas and time to go to another Cicis pizza if thats what your craving. Dont go to this Cicis.

Brought the family in and the people were great. My wife wasnt sure what she wanted so the guy asked what she was looking for and he made her a ham, black olive and mushroom pizza ... and delivered half of it to the table, that was awesome. There is a sign posted that they are renovating, so I asked the guy at the register and it turns out he will be the new Cicis owner, he is taking over the end of this month.

Its clean, fast, unlimited delicious pizza. Not too oily or heavy. I was surprised by how good the soup was. $4.99 per person, its less than mcdonalds and its awesome. The desserts there are awesome, the cinnamon apple with glaze pizza, unbelievable. Browines and cinnamon rolls. I was impressed by how clean the building, eating areas, and bathrooms were. Excellent place to take your family.

This location has went downhill since New Management took over. Air conditioning is leaking and dripping right over the area where you get silverware and drinks. Workers seem upset when you expect to have fresh food on the buffet. Only reason I gave 2 starts is because the price for all my children to eat here is very reasonable.

Worse experience ever. Arrived around 4pm and the buffet was completely empty with 3 pizzas that have been sitting out for hours. The sauce for the noodles tasted spoiled. The only way to eat was to have them make something to your request. The kids wouldnt even eat it. Do not eat here, you will get sick

Horrible ,and use to love this place ..dont have a someone at the register if they have to use a Calculator , the food use to be good ,and I never heard of a food place run out of napkins .I mean theres dollar store next door u would think hed go buy some ,lmao wow never again 2015 this place was good
