Extremely poor and slow service. The children "employees" should be trained on the following: 1. Customer Service: Dont make the customer feel like you are doing them a favor 2. Dont eat/chew food from the counter that you are selling from. Especially dont talk with your mouth full of food, when you are taking the order. 3.Train them to smile and greet the customer instead.."GO AHEAD WITH YOUR ORDER" 4. Pay attention to what the customer is ordering. 2 times this week that you got my simple (2 dozen of bagels wrong) 5. What happen to presentation? You used to place each dozen of a bagel in a nice box and place it in a bag...now we threw bagels inside bags. 6. Provide napkins, knifes, etc...2 times I have to go back and ask for it... Product/food is not everything...in the Hospitality industry, you need to train your employees in "Customer Service" Thank you.

Yes its Paneras, but the management team here seems like the b-team. Its very close to my home and I like to take a 3 mile walk here, grab a bite and a coffee and head home. The last 4 visits have left me....disappointed, to say the least. I am only having coffee at a coffee place, and they have been out of all types of coffee except decaf. I always complain and they always say just ask at the counter and someone will grab a fill for you, what? Why not let the customer decide how they want to mix their favorite cup? How about putting the thermos server canisters out? Thanks, Ill find another favorite to frequent. Enough excuses, more coffee please!

Placed order online to pick-up today. We picked up order with assurance that everything was in the bag. Missing cream cheese for 2 dozen bagels that we ordered. Called them they did not have regular cream cheese tubs so they offered to give me low-fat cream cheese. Did not want that then they offered individual containers of cream cheese. We went back to pick up and they still short the order. Had to go to Publix to pick up container of cream cheese that I paid for twice. On a good note the bagels are wonderful and our employees enjoyed them! Hope my next order will go better.

Fake reviews from non Google sources. This is a bakery, not a restaurant. Florida has bad water for baked goods and poor climate for sour dough. Panera does remarkably well considering those two factors. The fresh breads and bagels are terrific. They make for great sandwiches. The soups that they serve are prefab. Nothing really worth mentioning. Palatable and satiating. Their deserts are great, for what they are. Salad, well, a salad is a salad.

The lettuce in my salad and my sisters salad was old. My sister went up and asked for a fresh Salad, they replaced her salad and made her throw away her other bowl, her new salad, was exactly the same. The lettuce was slimy, and gross. My mac n cheese, was all greasy and nasty. Didnt taste like usual. For this place being so much nicer in the inside than the other paneras, we werent impressed at all. Complete waste of money.

Ordered an hour and a half ahead of time for 5 people. Food was ready but not in the rapid pickup area so I waited 10 minutes before asking. Not one person asked what I was waiting for. Then when I got my food it was missing the orange juice and two bottles of water. When I asked for them I was told they were out of water and had to ask for a refund.

This is the worst Panera around by far. I live around the corner and order from here all the time. I would say they get the order right one out of four times at best. Either they are out of the bread you want or they just plain get your order wrong. They need new mgmt at this location. This store is run by teenagers, and it really shows.

Love coming here the people working here are always pleasant and willing to answer any questions you have about the menu. They also offer you their loyalty card which i never thought i would use but found i use it quite a bit. I really enjoy the food the white cheddar and steak panini is amazing! this place comes Highly Recommended!

Cant say anything objectively negative... the place looks good and is very popular. For some reason, my digestive system hates their bread, though, so I try not to eat there too often. This is very convenient for me to get to, so its hard to stay away. Service is good and the place looks and feels clean.

Food was good as usual. Cashier had personality of a rock. She acted like she didnt want to be working here. Perhaps she could work at a job where she doesnt come in contact with the general public. Her name is Taja and she ruined my normally cheerful Panera experience with her sour disposition.

Second time in a row mistakes on simple order, millenias dont listen, they expect the keyboard register to do everything and do nor realize all we have is service, service and more service, the customer who pays expects respect for their goods. BTW our family loves Panera

I just had a to go for chicken caesar salad and brought it home to eat! There was no chicken in the salad! They should double check before they send it out. I am not going back again. The quality of the food is very bad! I prefer better quality than quantity.

This Panera has always been good. I like the combo deals with the turkey sandwich with avacado paired with the brocolli and cheese soup. It is tastly and has less calories than you would think. I also like the green tea. Service is almost always exceptional.

I like this company but refuse to return to this location. Unsanitary health practices are performed BY MANAGEMENT (right in front of my eyes) with no regard. My next call is to the Manatee/Sarasota County health inspector. Eat at your own risk.

Very clean and efficient, like most Panera locations. Staff is courteous and swift. Excepting the very busiest of times there is rarely longer than a 90 second wait to order and food is delivered to your table in 3-5 minutes.

Ordered for delivery for the first time. Website said 30-40 minutes but it was here in less than 20 minutes! My food was warm and as delicious as usual and the tracking system was super helpful considering my house is gated.

Disgusting bathrooms and tables. Went in at 3 pm today. Not busy yet staff not cleaning. I hesitated going there today as 3 out of 4 times. I go there my order is wrong. Very poorly run store. Wont be going back.

Called in a simple order. Two sandwiches two soups. Show up they only somehow made one sandwich. Ok wait a minute. Get home tomatoes are rotton on both sandwiches not a little bit Im talking BLACK. Disgusting.

At 1pm in the afternoon this Panera has. I cream cheese. This is not first time. Panera is so consistently disappointing the only reason people come here is the there are no other options at this location.
