Awful! Food is ALWAYS cold and the staff NEVER, EVER, EVER gets the order right. The last time my daughter and I went here, not only did we wait in the drive through line for literally 45, yes 45 minutes (we would have left but if you know anything about this Taco Bell you get trapped in the line and cant leave once your in) but when we finally got to the window, the cashier purposely didnt give me my change! When I finally was able to ask for my change (she had already gave us our food and was waiting for us to leave) the cashier was extremely rude when she was caught! When we got home the food ($27.00 worth) was ice cold, I mean really cold! I called to tell the manager about our horrible experience (the forty five minute wait, the cashier trying to keep my change and the ice cold tacos) the manager said to bring the food back up there and that they would replace the food. I told the manager it was too late and I didnt want to drive all the way back up there, she refused to put my name in the book and replace the food at a later date! I couldnt believe it because every other fast food restaurant will put your name in their book and replace the food at another date! I refuse to ever go to this Taco Bell ever again and it sucks because its close to my house. I now go to the one on Cheney, they are way cleaner and the staff actually has respect! Sorry but this is an honest review. If it were only a one time incident I would have rated it a little better, but this had happened SEVERAL times.

I used the Taco Bell at the other day for this location. when I arrived at the store they could not find my order and told me that I would have to repurchase the food but I just use my last $10 to buy the food online. It was first they refused to give me any food despite the fact they knew that I had no other money and they already took my money to pay for the food that I was supposed to get. after arguing with them for a little while they eventually came and gave me some food but when I arrived at my home it was completely wrong and missing items. I have a bad foot and have trouble walking so I went through the drive thru when I went back to get the correct order and they told me that I would have to come inside which was not possible for me. So instead of giving me my food or a refund so I could buy food for my family the manager Crystal ignored me and eventually called the cops. I wasnt being rude or cussing or anything. It had to be the worst experience Ive ever had at a restaurant ever I have never had the cops called on me for trying to buy food simply trying to buy food. if I could give it less than one star I would terrible terrible customer service they probably spit in your food too.

Ive been coming to this taco bell for years and tonight that stops. Everytime and I mean EVERYTIME I go there, my order is messed up or dont get everything. Tonight I went there and got my usual order and of course something was missing. The extra cheese sauce that I paid 60 cents for was missing. So I go back in to get it and I was informed that now they give you 4 pumps of chesee instead of 3. When before they would put it in a whole new cup. I opened what I have its the exact same amount that they always put in. There was nothing extra. Now 60 cent may not seem like a lot but the point is, I paid for it and I got a bs response. Also why is this taco bell charging 60 cents for it when the one on hWY 50 in TITUSVILLE is charging 50 cents? Also, most of the time the workers here are extremely rude and very unprofessional, as I have seen numerous times the employees were on their phones talking, texting, taking pics, ect while they were working. This locaton is ridiculous. Its a joke.

At no fault to the employees, I ordered on the app....well even though you order on the app and pay they dont make it until you get there (even the app after you pay says so). Why even offer it, there is no time saving quality to that.....so I payed on app and went inside and ... No one set out the chicken from the night shift said the girl working, so no naked chicken chalupa that I had paid for. The girl did not know how to do a refund, she called a manager . I was given other menu items of my choice instead... Now, while this was very frustrating, the girl working was kind, if not embarrassed, and tried to do what she could to "make it right". So, all in all the customer service that I received was great ! But I took away stars because I did not receive what I ordered.

Just went here against my own instincts because I know how bad they are . Ordered 2 shredded chicken burritos and paid, drove away and then checked ; They were grilled chicken , both of them . Drove back around and told the girl what I ordered and she replied " Oh we are out of the shredded chicken I think" WOW well thats something you tell the customer at the window when they order so they can order something else or be aware that you are going to use a substitute . They have done this to me before, Put beans in my chalupa instead of beef for no reason or even left something out all together. It is every single employee here , idk how all these people could be so stupid. Do yourself a favor and go to the Taco bell near the Walmart .

HORRIBLE.... went there and got my food and there was a hair in it.. I called back to ask for manager and first story I got was there isnt a manager.. second story I got is our manager is too busy Ill have to call back. Then.. they hung up on me... I then go to the store.. ask for manager with refusal and attitude finally comes to the counter. .. I tell her what happened and she said there was nothing they could do to wait and call corporate.. no problem... But when they finally agreed to fix the problem.. they said.. they werent worried about the remake and had little jokes and smirky remarks about it. Then told my wife that if we didnt leave that they were gonna come out after her and force her out of the store...

every time I go there I order the chicken chulupa. I get no tomatoes and no sour cream. EVERYTIME, they mess it up somehow. This time was the last time I go. My friend gets beans on hers and they mixed up our orders. wouldnt be such a big deal if it wasnt for the fact we waited another ten minutes & THEN they open the window up saying "we thought you left so we didnt make the chicken one for you, but they are starting up right now" OKAY COOL, ITS NOT LIKE WEVE BEEN SITTING HERE? I MEAN DO YOU NOT SEE US? Also, every time, the line takes about 10-15 with just ONE car in front of us. seriously, do yourself a favor and dont go here. the food there isnt worth it. go down the road and go to the one near Walmart on 50.
