Long day at the beach, then family to Harbor Town for dinner, Kids wanted ice cream and I suggested DQ. Arrived at 9:45, and said Id go in to order as it would be quicker and closing time was at 10. Kids said no Dad lets order from window. At about 10 a young man came out of the rear and counted the number of cars in line. Ours was the second to last. At about 10 after 10 the car in front of us and the young lady driving, who flirted/ordered for what seemed 5 minutes, placed her order and proceeded to the pick up window. We followed and proceeded to wait to place an order. Another few minutes and the lights were turned off and we had to continue to wait for the person in front to pick up her order before we could exit. Simple courtesy would have been for the manager to advise my car and the car behind me that they wouldnt be able to take our order, or when our vehicle pulled up to order - "Folks we apologize, but we are closing and we cant take your order." Or, given the counting of vehicles, allowed us to and the car behind as well to place our order, because he or she had pulled in directly behind us at the same time and i have to believe were included in the count. I hope his occupants werent as unhappy as mine. Simple, polite courtesy is all a customer can ask for! Good business practice.

The management is horrible. They over work the employees with no breaks. The girl at the counter Kristen was so pleasant. The other girl Maddie didnt smile she almost ran over me trying to take a order out. Didnt acknowledge me or say sorry. If they dont get better management I dont see this store staying open.

Great place to eat with the family, food was great i had the philly steak combo and it was wonderful after all the food was fresh and well done. Now its time for desert the blizzards were great and the new pumpkin pie blizzards that was so great. I most certainly will be back with the family and friends.

My experience at this dq was very bad first off they never have my blizzard which is the cotton candy blizzard next they never flip over the blizzards and often forget stuff like the hard chocolate on a chocolate dipped Sunday Im sorry but this is the worst dq I have ever been to

If I could, I would give zero stars. If you need an ice cream cake go to a local grocery store such as Harris Teeter. Limited selection. Chocolate crunch was mushy. Hand writing of a child. They spelled my husbands name Brain instead of Brian (even after spelling it for them).

Friendly staff and hard workers the new manager Brandon is so fast and friendly grill cooks re fast as well everyone has there days but always my first thought when it comes to something sweet! :) Oh wait or snack the DQ bakes are to die for always hot always fresh

Terrible. Very slow. Food was wrong or cold. And were not picky. On top of that after eating went back insode 18 minutes for 3 ice creams. Oh and they werent busy. They said they closed at 9. Door and Internet said 9:30 they lock doors at 9.

Stopped here to use the bathroom and get an ice cream. Bathroom was clean and cool but when I was ready to order, there were 5 people waiting to place their order and no one at the counter. This was at 11 AM. 3 stars for the clean bathroom.

The staff is always nice but the wait to get your food after placing your order shouldnt take 15 minutes. The past 3 times Ive been to this DQ my wait has been 10 to 15 minutes. Not kosher when you only have 30 minutes for a lunch break.

They have the best chill lady...Renee, one day I was trying to explain what I wanted and she hit it right the first time. Now all I have to do walk though the door and within minutes she has it really. Renee you keep up the great work!

Worst experience ever. Servers blizzard upside down and it spilled all over the counter. Had to argue with them to get the free one offered on the big signs right behind them. Didnt get all of order. Had to argue for that as well.

Sevierville was slow and confusing. The icecream was truly the worse tasting I have ever had at a DQ. Not sure how they mixed it that day but it was the worse blizzard ever.
