I am sorry, but this must be said. I live on Hilton Head and tonight I wanted some chicken chow mien. Easy enough dish right!!! WRONG!!! Now I dont know where you grew up or when, but if you cant make a good Chow Mien, you shouldnt even be in business. I specifically asked them on the phone, "do you have bean sprouts in your chow mien". They said yes. Great I thought. I had to pay extra for mushrooms, unreal! So I pick it up, get home, open the quart and what do I see??? Cabbage and onions is what I saw. Do you know I counted 12 single bean sprouts in the whole quart. I have experienced this before. Asian restaurants have stopped using ALL the yummy vegetables they used to use. This is unacceptable to me. I will be going right back to get my money back for this almost $18.00 of cabbage and onions. And can you believe they are rated #1 on Hilton Head. Yeah Right!!!

Sushi was warm and after everyone had eaten a piece and decided we could not eat any more our our monrterous platter we asked the waiter if we could pay for our drinks and apps and leave. He said he would need to ask the manager. The manager said that she would need to get the temperature of the food that we could not eat. Her attitude changed as soon as she put the thermometer into our uneaten food. Now she could just bill us for the apps and drinks. We would have been fine with that initially and even gave them the easy out so we could just leave but after you take the time to question us, make us wait for you to find a thermometer and then find out you are in the wrong the least you could do is waive everything in its entirety. Gross...

We have gotten takeout from here before and it was good. So we decided to sit down for a meal this time. The appetizers were not amazing but the worst part was having to wait 45 minutes... yes 45 minutes... to have to tell our waiter we were leaving because we still had not gotten our entrees. We were literally ignored in the corner for almost an hour. We even gave him a chance to see if the food was almost ready...but he came out with no news. We paid for our appetizers and left.the worst part is the place was not busy at all. Our server never came to check on us or update us on the situation. Never going back there again, no matter how good the food is.

We ordered carry out because the process seemed reasonable, when we went to pick up the food, we were taken by the ambience. The quality AND quantity were excellent AND at reasonable price. Even the disposable takeout boxes were of good quality. We were so impressed by the food that we went there again for a sit down. The kids had some Mexican food next door and we ordered some food and drinks. Everything again was awesome, or waiter was very courteous and polite even though not everyone at the table ordered food. There was free ice cream for them. I would recommend this restaurant as a must visit at HHI.

Our sushi was very warm when we finally received it. We were comped for the sushi, which was helpful, however, very alarming that sushi was initially served warm. We still paid for our appetizers and drinks. Instead of believing us when we explained that the sushi was warm, the manager first stuck her finger in our spicy salmon roll to check the temperature, then took the temperature of the sushi in the kitchen, then proceeded to agree that it was too warm, so she comped just the sushi... not comforting.

Found this place while on vacation and wanted to try something different. My family of 3 adults, 1 toddler, and 1 baby dined on Sunday. Very nice decor and the prices are decent. The food was really good and so were the portions. The maki sushi menu was somewhat limited imo. The chicken on a stick, and the pad Thai were really good. My only complaint was the mandatory gratituty of parties 4 or more.

My dining experience was a wonderful experience! Jack, our waitstaff, was personable, professional and effective. The food is fresh and delicious. My sushi was fresh and the presentation gorgeous.The atmosphere is fun and envigorating due to the interior architecture and design. Our dining experience was topped off by a complimentary mint chocolate chip ice ecream! Delicious!

my experience was Horrible. They order was wrong and by the time we called back they were closing. They told us next time we were down they would replace the order. They didnt honor that. I asked to speak to the manager they told me the manager was not there. I called from a different phone and guess what the manager was there 5 sec after they said no manager was there.

my wife and I have traveled to Hilton head for vacation numerous times over the past 5 years. every single time we make a point to dine at Asian Bistro at least once. it is a fantastic hidden gem, very elegant interior with a wide variety of Asian food and a wonderfully friendly staff. i highly recommend any of the bento box meals.

I will come here EVERY time I visit Hilton Head Island! I ordered the General Tsos chicken...It was delicious. It was fried crisp on the outside and soft in the center just how I like it. The pork lo-mein was phenomenal, and the won-ton soup was amazing. the service is GREAT, the food is GREAT, the atmosphere is GREAT! I Love them!

I always enjoy their lunch buffet. Good variety to select from. Often packed with patrons. I also order dinner delivered at least once a month. They sometimes miss adding chopsticks or forget not to include white rice, but delivery is always fast & the drivers are courteous. Excellent service in the restaurant or out.

I ordered the Chef Specialty, Garlic Shrimp and it was excellent! My mom had the Triple Delight and it was good. We would both order the spicy Garlic Shrimp the next time. Our waitress, Bing, was so helpful and friendly. We appreciate her recommendations and service. It was slow at 3pm. I also love the ambiance.

Love this place! Their lunch buffet is sooo good & SUCH a good deal for everything you get. The takeout is super convenient & they also deliver. Its a pretty chill place to go for dinner & order off the menu because its usually not too busy so the service is excellent. They are open every day, so try it out!

Very nice atmosphere, quite and clean. Everyone was friendly. Our server took the time to show me how to use chopsticks then gave me training wheels anyway. ( its true they have them) . Food was excellent and fresh. Great food fair price, friendly atmosphere. Isnt that what you look for.

We were told you can ignore the 15 minute parking sign. We arrived late and the dining area was nearly empty. There was one employee just lounging in front of us the entire meal which put us off. We ordered from the Chinese side of the menu and the food was actually quite good.

It wasnt the worst thing ever but certainly not the best. Expensive and not very flavorful. I was looking forward to it because Ive never been there before but it was a huge let down, not sure why everyone seems to enjoy it so much. I highly reccomend going to Express Wok instead
