I spent 40 dollars with China 1 today. I planned on having a great meal. Instead I got hard terayki chicken. Uncooked broccoli from my sesame seed chicken and hard crab ragoons. This food was gross and nearly made me lose a tooth. I then called back China 1 and the manager hung up on me! I called again and the manager apparently "stepped out" so I spoke to a assistant manager. They did not want to refund me and said it takes 2 weeks to process a refund. After I threatened to call the FTC I then was told I can get a refund. They said they wanted the food I already started to eat back! Therefore they served half eaten food to someone else. Disgusting! I suggest not eating here very disappointed.

WARNING DO NOT EAT HERE!!! My 9yr old son was eating the "sesame chicken lunch special" and almost choked on a piece of metal (a broken piece of dish scrubbing metal: see picture). He could have been seriously harmed had he swallowed it! I will be calling the health department about this!
