We dined here and had a piss poor service experience. Our server literally started off with "I have to be honest, I am hungover and dont want to be here". How the evening went can be easily predicted, what wasnt was the apathy that we had a bad experience. Used the companys online form. Said someone would respond to us in 72 hours (not actually sure how long it said but it was not more then 72) and now 5 days in and no response. Spent a morning searching for a boss and found a Regional Director. Emailed him and he got back to me in 20 minutes asking for a phone number to call me to discuss. But he never called. If you do not care about your customers...

IMO, the menu is a bit overpriced for the food quality and service us slow. I was initially excited about the menu and location - but, I have concluded that the food matches the decor... "basic". We ordered fish tacos and they were cold and rubbery. I could only get through one and I boxed the rest... We also tried the Beer Cheese burger and it was ok. They have an upcharge for sweet potato fries and the portion was smaller than expected. Also, I ordered the black and blue iced tea and was disappointed that there are no comp refills. They have a nice bar area, small outdoor seating space and wifi. I may come back to try happy hour menu.

Come here all the time with my boyfriend. Wait staff is always polite, and quick. They have a fresh bar so anything with lemon, lime, orange, or graflpefruit juice is always freshly squeezed. Technically a sports bar, but has a fine dining feel with how the staff treats their guests. We usually come on Wednesday which is always Whiskey Wednesday, where all their whiskey is $7.50, any way you like it. Managers are very involved with guests, and sincerely care about whether or not their guests enjoy themselves. Definitely one of my favorite restaurants to go to. Highly recommend going.

Well as a new place for me... I felt very well taken care of. The meal i had was the margarita pizza.. very very good if you a cheesy pizza with a cracker like crust like i do. It was quiet, plenty of televisions with game play. A sweet spot if you ask me. I gave 4 stars only because it was my first visit and the price for food was to high. It want a steak i ordered and still costs 13 bucks but was good. I tipped the waiter as he was attentive to my needs and wants. I would Google 5 stars off price was more in line with the meal.

We really like this place for a step up from normal bar food and atmosphere. There is a beautiful patio and if its nice, the door will be open so you have the advantage of an indoor/outdoor feel. There is also seating directly on the patio or totally inside. There are tons of TVs and staff gladly change to your request. Theres daily specials and a ton of beers on draught as well. Parking garages are located close by for convenience and are rarely filled in the evening.

This place offers a good variety of food and drinks. From the great tasting blackened salmon salad, to the juicy beer cheeseburgers, there is something for everyone. Cant forget the wings! Ive been there at least 20 times since they opened in November 2015. I havent had any negative experience with any of the servers, but personally, you cant go wrong with Julie. She is always smiling and truly attentive.

Honestly one of the best Pizzas Ive had in Charlotte. Thin crust but not "stiff thin crust"... still doughy and pliable and the perfect amount of grease, toppings.....the waiter said many if the kitchen staff had worked in Italian restaurants and that they did a really good pizza, he wasnt kidding. Great atmosphere right there in the South Park area. Definitely check it out.

Not even in the same league with other area restaurants. I have been to the Bucket twice since it opened & both times my order was not properly delivered. Poor coordination between the front staff & kitchen Poor attention to detail If you do the little things well the big things take care of themselves.

They put crushed ice in their mixed drinks. I dont care how cute and attentive the staff is - that is an automatic 2 star penalty. Menu was unexciting Food was on par with mid level chains like Chilis or Olive Garden Only asset was a friendly and attentive staff.

Went there for the first time , service was great and the food was good too . Was surprised at the prices ( especially wine ) they were not to high . If you like sitting at the bar and talk that is the place to be ( music is not to loud )Will go back .

Been here many times. The wait times are usually short. Have a wide variety of drinks and food. Have alot of good daily specials. Menu falls in the medium price range. Definitely worth checking out. Has a very nice out seating area too.

Amazing service top notch food the managers checked on our table numerous times throughout the evening they have amazing drinks you cant find anywhere else in Charlotte my wife and I both loved it we cannot wait to go back again

Great food and great service. My wife and I always sit on the front patio and have an enjoyable experience. The buffalo chicken breast sandwich is the biggest sandwich I have ever seen. Great selection of craft beers as well!

The house made root beer was good, fried pickles were spears which I love. Then had the green Chile burger which I ordered rare and temp was ok, burger was a little thin. Service was excellent.
