I am a huge winghouse fan. Huge! But not anymore. Hooters is just down the street-- GO THERE! Customer service is gone. They claim theyre "slammed" but each server only has 3 tables (yes... I kept track of each server and table). Ordered our food at 9:00pm after taking a seat at 8:39pm. As Im writing this at 9:36pm, we have yet to receive our food. Drinks are completely empty with our server hovering over the all guys table. Update: food received at 9:45pm but still missing our fries. Got them 9 minutes later. In addition to this terrible customer service and slow times, the Tampa Bay Lightning are currently playing. In case yall missed it, they are the local team of the area (and the best in the Bay Area). When we walked in, only one TV had the game. We asked to change it and they did so immediately. It was the best part of the night. 15 minutes after that (5ish minutes left in the game) they change it to chariot racing. No joke! So, there are now ZERO channels on for the LOCAL sports team because the second one also got changed to the Red Wings vs Flames game. My favorite part of this experience is the hostesses eating their food at the front entrance and refusing to get us ketchup. Totally lovely. Amanda tried her best but had no support from her coworkers. I really hope the manager sees this and makes improvements. Winghouse wings are better than Hooters but youre a sports bar in a city that has a good sports team. TCU vs LSU baseball game on, San Antonio Spurs, chariot racing, DET vs CGY hockey, Golf, spring training game, and Orlando magic are all on TV. The closest yall got was to Orlando. Cmon yall...

My friends and I were looking forward to eating at this establishment thanks to the reviews. It was UFC fight night. The place was packed and we got put on a list for a table. We never got seated, we had to ask for some takeout wings to eat out of stryofoam containers. Management didnt seem to care that people who were sitting to watch the fight were taking up space from other customers who wanted to pay and eat. Most of the seats were occupied for over 3 hours, and they werent ordering more food and drink. Then as the fight was starting to draw to the end we asked about the list and the waitress said no one was leaving so they were done with the list. We were still hungry and would have ordered more food if we could have been seated. We were also never asked if we wanted drinks or food while waiting on the porch, management failed this place last night. We came with a slight buzz left sober, and had to go next door to McDonalds to eat. They probably lost half of the potential sales they could have had.

My dad and fiancé stopped in here to watch the UFC fight at the bar and drink but were kicked out after 45 minutes for no reason. The manager wouldnt provide a reason for asking them to leave so they can only assume they were asked to leave because they werent tipping each time a waitress came up to them to deliver beers. The bartender even changed the television off of the UFC fight just to be a diva because she wasnt getting the attention she must have been looking for. Obviously this place has no concept of providing customer service and clearly these girls expect money every time they pass by you. Have they never heard of tipping when youre done with your meal? Get a grip ladies and learn how to treat customers.

Ordered take out from here. Not only did they spill the so called "queso" in the to go bag but the cheese sauce its self was nothing other then warm cheese whiz. The salsa was definitely tostinos ( the knock off brand im guessing) & the mozzarella sticks were hard and tasted like they were microwaved and store bought. There curly fries were soggy & old, & the wings left something to be desired. Seems like everything was bought from a bargain supermarket on sale due to it being passed the expiration dates. I will never eat here again!!!!

As I walked in, I was seated at a dirty table. I asked the hostess to be seated at another table but, all the other tables were dirty too. I counted 11 servers standing by front door talking amongst each other. The menus was so sticky that they stuck to my fingers. Our wings were over cooked. I had a dust ball fly off from the ceiling fan and land on our table by our food. I personally would not recommend going to the Winghouse on Hillsborough Avenue in Town N Country.

Had terrible service by our waiter that didnt seem to care at all about the customers. Ordered the belt busting nachos, and they are literally 1/2 the size of what you get at every other Winghouse in the area. Spoke to the manager, and complained. He said he would make it up to me, and send me a gift card for a free meal. Over a month later, and I still havent received anything. Never going back here again, and I recommend everyone else to go to a different Winghouse.

I love this place. I didnt expect the food to be as good as it was, but it was really good. The servers are always nice. The beer selection could be better, but its a chain restaurant, so the mediocre selection is to be expected. The last time I went there, I was with a couple of guys that were too drunk to be in public. Nothing bad happened, but I felt bad for my server. To her credit, she handled it as professionally as can be expected.

Went to pick up an order and I checked my receipt to find the girl behind the bar charged me for beers that she served to someone else. Brought this to the managers attention and he said I wasnt charged, that it was accidentally put on my tab, but my bank account says I was in fact charged 12 extra dollars for drinks I didnt order and the manager did nothing. Super suck-y since this is the closest place to me to get decent wings.

As far as the establishment went, the food was good and arrived quickly and accurately, the outside seating was clean and comfortable. The other patrons however, is a bit of a drag. One foul mouthed example stood at the front doors and chain smoked while trying his best to flirt with the wait staff in a very desperate and quite creepy way. I suppose the silver lining is we got free entertainment while we waited for our order.

The staff and management were terrible. They got my order wrong, my boyfriends order wrong, added items to our bill that we did not use. Did not make the cheesecake how it is shown or described in the menu or picture. Discussed the issues with the manager and he made excuses for her, did not apologize, nor offer any discount or try to even keep us as customers. I do not recommend this place, nor will i ever go back.

First time visiting wing house and I dont think Ill ever revisit. First wing place Ive been to where mild involved no buffalo sauce, no flavor whatsoever. I dont know what the sauce was but youd be better off eating them plain. I thought the curly fries would be crispy, but they were a soggy, room temperature mess. Like they had been sitting for hours. $30 for 2 orders of wings and 2 orders of curly fries?!
