Full disclosure, the manager comped our entire meal, less alcohol. I went there with my wife and kids. Ordered a Sam Adams, a Yuengling, the friend shrimp with fries, coconut shrimp with fries, and the kids split the slider burgers with broccoli. My fried shrimp was over cooked, golden brown means nothing to them. More like, burnt brown, to the point where the batter on my shrimp was calcified. The fries were so shriveled up, they looked like they needed hospice care. The kids sliders were burned, the buns were stale, and the broccoli followed suit. Our server was two weeks new, and very sweet. She explained she used to be a cook in the back and was now waiting tables. She agreed the food was over cooked. She offered to remove it from the bill or replace it. I told her I didnt want to wait for another meal. Soon, Carlos, the "lead" server came over and asked how we were doing. I told him I was local and couldnt be more disappointed in our meals, and based on this first experience, this would be our first and only visit here. Carlos ended up sending the manager over. Manager was apologetic as well and told me thats how the fries were supposed to be, due to the type of batter they were cooked in. Uh, I am no french fry connoisseur, but I dont agree with his assessment. I explained that I didnt come here looking for a free meal, but was disappointed. He ended up comping the meal for us (less the alcohol, which he said he couldnt do by law) and asked us to return. The bill for our two beers came. I almost fell on the floor when I saw each 16 oz. draft was $6.25??? Seriously? I wont return.

Great food; charitable management! Our team of 40 wildland firefighters was deployed to this area to support search and rescue operations after Hurricane Irma. One night our team ordered dinner for 40 people from Islamorada Fish Company. The management was extremely helpful in accomodating such a large order. We were all excited to have a great homecooked meal compared to the MREs we had been eating. When our logistics unit went to pick up our order, they were told that the food was being DONATED free of charge. This was over $1,300 worth of food. They even threw in 40 pieces of decadent chocolate cake for dessert. I cannot even explain how much this kindness touched my heart. Islamorada could have easily charged us for the meals, but instead decided to donate it out of the kindness and gratitude in their hearts. What a wonderful act of kindness in a time of disaster. As for the food, it was delicious! Everything from steak, to grouper, to mashed potatoes, even the broccoli - it was all divine. Eat here if you get the chance!

Overall the venue was pretty nice and the menu had a nice verity, but the reason for me giving this place only a star for the review is because I got food poisoning from their oysters. When I first got the oysters, they tasted kind of fishy, almost like if theyve been sitting out for awhile or if they were old. Of course me not having bad experiences from eating oysters I didnt think much about it. The next day I woke up, I got sick like I never have in a long time, and I wasnt able to hold anything down. Because I couldnt hold any food down, I almost had to go to the hospital because Im a type 1 diabetic. Overall the staff are really nice and I liked their venue, but I dont believe they take good care of their food based on my experience and from seeing other peoples reviews. I guarantee that I nor my family will ever eat their again.

Was there for a late lunch today and wasnt impressed at all. When we walked in there were multiple servers standing around the hostess station, and yet my waiter was run off his feet and left his tables neglected trying to cover too many. I actually witnessed one cutting a customer who was leaving off to be the first out of the bar area. The food was... alright. Nothing to write home about at all. The kids chicken tenders looked overcooked and my son said they were hard and chewy. I had the fish and chips and was very disappointed in it. The breading was thick, and was also not fully cooked because there was so much. The fish inside was rather minuscule. Ive had far better at Bonefish, and I dont believe I will be trying any of the IFC again, since this was a second bad visit out of only two visits.

We live local, this was our first time eating there, figured we would try it out since we took the kids to see the Easter bunny. We both got the red snapper, blackened, and we literally had to cut it with a knife & it surely didnt taste that great. I got mashed potatoes instead of rice, $2 additional charge, which is fine, except it was maybe 3 tablespoons of taters!! My son got the sliders, which is no longer 2 small burgers anymore, its one larger burger, the bun was stale and hard, and the burger was well well done. Kraft Mac n cheese, looked like it was cooked 5 hours ago and just warmed up. My sangria, definitely NOTHING to write home about, and $9.50!!! Is this a joke? Will not return, rather eat at steak n shake!

My wife ordered ribeye (med-rare) and it came out past well done. Manager recooked the steak. Second one came out the same. I ordered grilled shrimp and scallops (nothing fancy). The first plate came out scorched and burned, but the kitchen put the burned side down. When i flipped them over for the manager, he was horrified. They cooked me a new plate, and this time the scallops were under-cooked (still translucent in the center). Server and manager were both very apologetic, and comped our entrees, but I would have rather paid for a dinner that I could eat than get a free dinner I couldnt. Simplest two things in the world to cook. Id hate to see what they would do to something complicated.

Nice Atmosphere but not impressed with the food. Ordered the special Conch Chowder which was ok but was not expecting it to be tomato based. Would have ordered something else if It had a description. Also ordered the shrimp pasta dish special. Was ok but there was at least a half inch of grease at the bottom of the dish (cheap cheese?). I did not feel well for a few days after I ate it. Probably would not recommend since the prices were not that great and I did not feel the quality of the ingredients fit the atmosphere or the prices. My husband did like his Snapper Sandwich.

We thought we would give this place another try, well the 2nd time wasnt any better than the 1st. Who is running this place? Absolutely no quality control! Side of coleslaw was warm, the sliced tomato and lettuce on the aide was a few days old and the onion was just rancid. Had to take the buffalo burger off of the bun because the bun was so stale. We will not come back nor will we recommended. They would have to throw all the food out and start fresh to make it right. There is no way I would want any replacement with the poor quality they are working with.
