I went to Winn Dixie this morning. I was in a rush to grab a few things for my boys lunch, they only had one register open (understandable as it was early) so the cashier told me to go to customer service for a quicker check out. Let me just say, the cashier at customer service was very very Rude! No smile No Customer Service! She told me that school doesnt start til 9:45 so i shouldnt be in a rush. Guess what, I dont need the cashier to tell me when my kids need to be at school. Just do your job. I shop there Every day I am sick of being nice to rude people!

Its a dump. Usually the sale items or BOGOs dont ring up right and the employees think youre lying to them so they waste 5 minutes of your life just to confirm what you told them. This happened several times. Theyre always out of stuff as well..I have lots of raincheck. Produce is old and buggy and Ive actually been in line when spoiled meat was being returned by a customer. Winn-Dixie used to have a "double your money back" policy on the meat. Not anymore. Go to Publix..youll be glad you did.

I used to come in there daily for things for my job (i was the manager of a restaurant downtown) and the staff would always be so helpful and friendly. All except the big guy in the white shirt, I believe hes a manager too, which surprised me. He would never crack a smile , not once, which is just weird because I spent sooo much money there. The lines would get out of control, about 10 people long, so maybe overstaffing and sending people home early is more efficient than understaffing.

Like it, but we miss "Sweetbay". - When Winn Dixie first took over from Sweetbay, like overnight the price on just about everything in the store rose (milk, for example went up $1.00 / gallon - no kidding either). -- Recently it appears they have at least been working with their prices and now items are a little more affordable (this isnt most affluent neighborhood in the Tampa Bay area, which could be the reason... I havent price-checked any of the other local Winn Dixies).

Went there to get ingredients for spaghetti and they didnt have a pound of chop meat not round chuck or otherwise had a guy go to the back and said they have nothing. How does a business that claims to be the beef people not have a pound of chop meat what a joke Walmart claims no such thing and I could have went there and swam in it. This is why Walmart always wins assholes

The best place to shop.Been going there for years.Me and mygreat grandson 4 yrs old are always treated with respect and the employees go overboard to help their costumers.They always love him.He knows them all.Thank u Winn Dixie on Congress and Massachusetts for the best values around!!! I see the managers caring their weight to help the rest of the employees as well.Peggy

Amazing location next to the recreation center, well lit, low prices, yummy shrimp. We would go here every week for the sales. The only issue I had was, while they have a section in the ethnic isle that is labeled "Brazilian" there is literally NO Brazilian food in it. I complained to the manager who said it was not possible or probable to remedy the situation.

Does everything you expect a grocery store to do. Better prices than publix. Most similar chain to Kroger (my preferred grocer). Unlike Kroger, they never have enough cashiers. If you only need a few things, be prepared to get stuck behind someone with a cart full. Seems to be unique problem for this location though.

Prices are higher theres another grocery stores. Limited products to put their own cheap Brando the meat department has cut down on services. Like I used to get marrow bones for my dogs now you cant get them at Winn-Dixie you cant get just turkey breast you have to buy a whole turkey

Cashier was very abrupt. Did not offer to sign me up for a plenti card. I had to ask him for it. And after the sign up process he did not give me the card. Again, I had to ask him for it. Not a good customer service representative!

Its an okay Winn Dixie. Sometimes they dont have enough registers open, but that doesnt really bother me. Prices are okay, I like the digital coupon app. I only come here when I need something in a pinch.

My BIGGEST complaint about this store is the second you walk in it smells like rancid cooking oil. I know that frying goes on all day but you dont smell Publix.
