My boyfriend and I were at the pool upstairs and wanted to order some food. We decided to call and just walk down as it would be a bit cheaper. We ordered the chicken nachos and the mahi burger. The hostess said the was over $40! We looked at the prices online and up at the pool bar, both were cheaper. So confused, we called back to cancel just the mahi burger. The hostess picked up and I told her what we needed to cancel, she just said "OK" and just hung up! I was wanting to know the new total, or possibly I needed something else. I have worked at restaurants, serving, hosting and bartending, never are you to just hang up like that. I was expecting a busy bar when I went down to grab the food. Nope. I grabbed our food and told the bartender what had happened. She even mentioned that the hostess wasnt good at her job. So maybe the manager should give her a warning? Anywho, the bartender also noted that the pool bar menu didnt have the updated prices. Its right upstairs, I dont see why they cant print out a menu and run it up real quick. But the nachos were decent, just priced steep.

So disappointed. We went there this evening to celebrate a retirement for one of our employees. Couldnt get anyone to wait on us because we were a big party with separate checks; mean while wait staff is standing around. Manager told us he could of charged us extra for the area we were in. If we wanted food and drinks we had to go up to the bar and order it. Two months ago we went to Yomans and they took care of us gloriously. Yomans well be back and Im pretty sure we spent well over $2,000 that night. Not tonight. If they made $100 they were lucky. In an age where restaurants, hotels, and stores are closing its not wonder because if this is how you treat your guests we can NEVER come back and we can go somewhere else. Im only giving one star because i had to select something in order to post.

My husband and I came into town for our anniversary and were staying at another hotel and the service was terrible. So we left and didnt think wed find anything else open at 10 pm. A short walk to Champions, and we were greeted, sat, and drink order taken promptly. The service at Champions was amazing! Wait staff wnet out of the way to get me hot tea, and honey. Had the pork tacos which were delish! I would recommend this place to everyone! Sports fans, this will not disappoint you. Huge tvs witha variety of games on, Cubs, Bolts, Bears games!

Worst service ever. Took the waitress 15 mins just to take our order. She brought the drinks and left without even asking if we were ready. Then the entire time never came back to see if the food was okay Or if we needed refills which we did. Food Id give it about a 7. No flavor however though for the Philly. Also,after we said we were ready for a check it took,another 14 mins for us to receive that.

Service was slow and not attentive. Food was under cooked, Sent it back took 25 min to get a burger back. We were not checked on the entire time, and we had to track our waitress down multiple times. The only good thing is they took the burger off the bill. Took it from a 2 to a 3.

Long delay in seating 50 minutes. It took 35 minutes for food and the burger was over cooked. The response they are busy. People around us got their food before us and they got seated after us. I would not recommend this restaurant!

Great food and drink during day, but they dont close at 2am, more like 12:30 last call. Tough when its advertised for a close at 2am. Service during day was great, late night not so good. Peace, love, and happiness.

I ate here after a event in town, I had the best waiter ever, he was so funny, and always checking in to see if we need anything. Food was absolutely amazing and loved the location!

Walked out. Sat for 25 minutes and no wait staff stopped to take my order. The place was not busy. I was seated by hostess in main area near bar and in plain sight of staff.
