Ive had negative experiences before, but this was the worst service of my life. Its one thing to make honest mistakes, and its another thing altogether to IGNORE, DISRESPECT, and LIE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. Our server was unable to perform ANY basics. She was the only person serving tables, and I could see there were 4 people on staff just standing around letting her fall on her face. When we came in, the place was empty as dinner rush had not started yet. We did not get helped. Instead she went to help the people who came after us. Eventually someone on the kitchen staff noticed us and found the server. Even then, she made no effort to serve our table. Drinks took another 20 min. to come out; forgot our water. Did not bring silverware to go with the so-called "conch fritters" (do not recommend: theyre hushpuppies with a sliver of chewy sting ray meat in the middle). Since the fritters were served with mango slices, we had no way to eat the fruit with our dish because of no silverware. The server avoids eye contact, and when you DO catch her eye to ask for help - she just smiles back blankly, and does not ever come over to see what you need. Eventually I had to place myself in front of her to grab her to our table. Then my friend goes "Ill take the southwest wrap with jalapenos." Before he can say "with jalapenos" she goes OK! and walks away instantly. She did not take his order completely and she did not even attempt to take my dinner order. What kind of server takes the entree order for just one person and not the whole table? I had a menu in my hand, I was making eye contact, I had my mouth open to talk - and she just walked away. She did not come back for another 25 min, despite my constant efforts to signal her that I too would like some food at some point tonight. She also was doing things like offering to refill only one of our drinks and then leaving before anyone else could speak up for the same. She was not at all friendly, and never asked if we needed anything else. Another 20min. period of time passes without seeing our server, I again have to force her attention. At this point we have had enough and I tell her to box up the one food order she took, so we can pay our bill. I emphasize that we are unhappy and we want to leave NOW so that we can get food somewhere else. Instead of promptly bringing us the check, we end up sitting for another 15 min. She came back to the table with, "You guys will be mad, but it turns out I forgot to put in the order at all." So of course we say, "Fine, whatever, just bill us out for the drinks and the app please." The server promises the manager will be out momentarily to apologize and comp our food. Another 15min. go by. I am urging my friend to leave a $10 bill so we can just go. But he insists we stay to talk to the manager. THE MANAGER NEVER CAME OUT. Instead, after over 90 min. without service, the same server came back out with our check and said brightly, "The manager gave you 10% off!" as though thats a good thing? The check was for $23 (since we didnt get to order FOOD!) and our "ten percent" discount was for $1.15. Thats 5% people. The server lied about it being her first day in addition to all the other problems she caused. I know this because I was watching her work for 90 min. trying to get service - she was doing her job correctly for larger tables which she felt would tip better. She left us swinging in the wind and there was NO sincerity behind her apology. A real new hire would be embarrassed. This was an experienced server who simply did not care to help us. MARTINIS - They are the worst watered down garbage. If you still want to go here after reading my review - please please stick to beer. The martini I got here is the first one I have ever had where you could not taste any alcohol. The 1st one I got was lemon vodka, lime juice, and ginger beer. It tasted like watered down kool aid. The ginger beer was 7Up from the hose behind the bar (ginger beer is distinctive guys). It didnt help they forgot the garnish/limes.

My wife and I just stopped in for a shot and a beer while enjoying our first visit to Ybor City. The young lady serving on this Friday afternoon chilled the shots as requested, but when poured into the plastic cups there was an extra customer enjoying the flow from one cup to the other like a Waterpark ride. I guess the univited fly was camped out in the liquor bottle nozzle for who knows how long. When I brought this to the attention of the employee who served us this delight, she commenced to pulling the party crasher out with her finger and expected me to drink it while saying it probably flew in there in the 5 seconds it sat in my view. Really lady?!? Nevermind the absence of a simple apology. Now as a 24 year war fighter, Ive had worse in worse environments in other countries, but as Im enjoying our wedding anniversary and social life of our own country, I expect a little more professionalism and give a f@#$. Mr. John Taffer would have a field day in this joint. Well, back to enjoying my wife and our time here in Ybor City. Happy Anniversary my love!!

I feel bad for the amazing staff who unfortunately has to work for a terrible bar owner, which is why they are getting two stars. The servers and bartenders are great. So are their drink specials. But the bar owner never cared to meet the Friday night DJs or even go during one night. To cut costs, he made up lies about one DJ to try and get his money back while scaling back having a DJ. His lies came at the expense of bypassing his own employees, which creates mistrust in the workplace. And of his employees could run that place way better.

Worst service ever . Went with some Girlfriends yesterday late afternoon ..The restaurant was NOT busy at all ...It took forever to get everything .. Worst service ever.The Nachos were cold and terrible..Had to ask 2 different servers for Togo boxes ..The table next to us were going to eat there along with drinks ..After they got their drinks they waited so long for the server to come back to get thier order that they left . They went next door to the Big Easy .. Good job Green Iguana

Came here today June 27 slow day 940 pm and order drink took the server over 30 minutes to bring one of my drinks the cucumber gamble I think thats the name the other drink never came out. my server dillion was a hurrible server I also order a side house salad and when he bring it he brought a regular salad with bad lettuce all around even tho he so that I didnt touch the salad he didnt even ask how the salad were. horrible experience I will never be back in this place

Nothing too spectacular about this place, its a chain, but they arent connected, and this one is locally owned. The food wasnt very good in my opinion, I had the build your own grouper tacos, half were decent, the other half fishy tasting. There was a pretzel with cheese ordered, which FYI is made with beef broth and wings. Id say people go here for the location in Ybor city, its what you would call typical bar food. The staff was very friendly, thats a plus!
