great customer experience!!!!!!!!!! our first time at a ruby tuesdays ever and it felt like home. mark and i are in retail and know how important it is to have associates who really love their job. kelly e. greeted us as if we were coming to her house for dinner, love that!she took the time to help mark select the right beer and helped me with the wine list. we placed our order for everything up front and was served promptly. even though she was at the end of her shift and we asked if she wanted us to cash out so she could go home, she wouldnt hear of it and said she wouldnt leave until we were done and not to rush. kudos to the chef for the best meal ever! our 4 way sampler was cooked to perfection, with my son joe lovin on those fire wings! the boys had smokehouse burgers cooked just right and i had the succulent seafood trio, like buttah!the cheesecake was huge and delightful. mark and i called over the gm george to rave about kelly e. and said if we could clone her to work in our retail stores we would. thanks for a wonderful family dinner miss kelly e.! well be back and ask for you only! bridgette

Got there at around 6. Expected it to be busy, but did not expect to wait so long (45 min.), especially when there were 6 tables visibly empty. Hostess was very rude about them when I asked why they werent seating there. There were servers just talking, and plenty of them, so why were there empty tables? Well what should I expect from an overpriced, unoriginal chain restaurant. So we finally got seated and the waitress took 15 minutes to even talk to us. I timed it! Worst experience ever. We just left. This kind of behavior can only be seen when the employees make money no matter what, whether their rude or polite, caring or apathetic. Horrible time. We ended up taking our pizza to a family owned pizza joint, with much better service and employees.

My friend and I went to this location on Bruce B. Downs in New Tampa this past Saturday, 11/26/16, and we absolutely loved the food, the service and the atmosphere (although our atmosphere was perfect weather, birds singing and the view of the trees as we sat outside)! Our server, Rochelle, was very knowledgeable and suggested the brussel sprouts as a side, which turned out to be very, very good! The pumpkin cheesecake was excellent as well! Salad bar amazing, along with my chicken and steak! The manager (forgot her name, but was very young looking) came over to our table and was super friendly and welcomed our feedback! Love this location and would recommend to everyone!

Salad bar is so tiny. Wait staff not knowledgeable of menu. Brought big adult cups for very small children even though they ordered from the kids menu. Had to ask for kids cups. Waiter seemed indifferent when interacting, was only pleasant when it was time for the check. Food insanely expensive. I would rather spend $14.99 at BJs than at this place for fried shrimp and salad bar. That was ridiculous. Overall bad first impression for our first (and only) visit to this Ruby Tuesday. There are way more places to eat at that offer better food and way better prices and staff.

Horrible customer service is obviously not a manager on duty or doesnt care enough to notice that the staff is ignoring customers. host and bartender had major attitude when coming in for to go orders simply stated that I was here for one and the host Trent was very shrewd there no there is no ingenuity no alertness everyones there to collect a check and they dont care how the representing the business if I was the owner of this business I would fire half staff including the management

Arrived at 1:45 greeted by bartender who sat us at the door, no waiter wanted to come to the front to take our order so the bartender finally took our order. Meanwhile I have noticed the table is filthy! The staff doesnt care if we get waited on or not. When our food arrived the guy says "I hope this is okay theres no way to mess it up" and then never appeared again. Will not return here again!

Got there at like 9pm not busy me and my boyfriend stand at the hostess table waiting to be sat. She finally walks up and sits up the server doesnt come, the manager walks over and has to get our drinks. The server finally comes... she walks up what can I get you to drink? Really?? We have our drinks. Then she says I must not be your server?! Seriously.... DO NOT GO HERE....

The girlfriend and I were seated and order taken with drinks in hand in under 5 minutes, but when you wait an hour and a half for your food watching three other tables get seated, served, and leave... Its pretty unbelievable... Manger came to the table, acknowledge that the food was late, didnt apologize, but just wanted to make sure it was ok...

Maybe an outlier but definitely a bad first impression. Waited 5 minutes for a host to arrive. Waitress brought out meals in twos and made my girlfriend wait 5 minutes for her meal which was way undercooked and we sent it back. My burger didnt have a bottom bun on it either. Manager was uncaring about the situation. Will not be dining here again.

Sunday afternoon lunch. Had salad bar with peach lemonade and shrimp po boy flatbread. Salad bar was fresh. Peach lemonade was refreshing with bits of real peaches in it. Shrimp po boy flat bread was fair. Did not look as advertised. Flavor was OK. They need to work on the presentation. Service was average.

Sat there for 10 minutes and no waiter or waitress came by..then the hostess has the audacity to say have a good day as we walked out without being served...the food has always been good, but the service has either been slow or today no one even waited on us..wont be going back to this location ever again

The worst service I have ever experienced. We were staying more than 20 mins just waiting for some one to bring the menu then after I asked the waiter for a menu. He gave it to us then forgot about us for another 20 mins. I rated the restaurant 5 stars so everybody can see the post.

The waitors and waitresses seemed bored and didnt care. When they brought our Sprite, it was just soda water. When we told them about the problem, they said theyd check the back. When our waitor came back, he said "here you go" and gave us another full glass of the same thing....

The management is very nice. Serving staff very efficient. The salad bar is the BEST according to this German girl and a full fledged Italian guy. even the kids love it. Order meal and salad bar.. eat salad bar and take your meal home! Worth it!

Food was not cooked properly, service was slow (and they werent busy). The only thing that was good on this visit was the salad bar. Also had a birthday coupon that wasnt rang up properly. Will not be returning!!!

Do not like that the salad bar is not part of the meal.Should count as a side not an extra charge.meals to high to add on extra for salad. Chose the 3 course even though enter wa not one I prefered.

Foods OK, service was pretty good. Nothing that really stands out for this site. I sometimes go here for business lunches since there WiFi, but the WiFi doesnt work much of the time.
