I am a server and never in my life have i experienced such bad service, it was almost like no one wanted to serve me. The location was great but it didnt compliment the bad attitude. It was my first time trying to dine in but I was thrown off by the attitude the waitress gave (which I found out her name was Sarah). When I walked in I simply said "Excuse me"...she didnt even let me get another word in a quickly said "there are only two servers so it will be a while, go to the bar if you want quicker service." She didnt even know what I was going to ask and walked away and never came back to the table even though she had no problem going to all of the other tables. Ive been in the restaurant business for a while and i would never treat a guest like that. Ever! I will not be coming back.

Decent place to go, went for the first time the other night. The ambiance is awesome and the location cant be beat. Thats where it ends, $7 for a Corona? It was fairly empty for the location, most people were just sitting around not even drinking. No wonder with these prices. The server never, not once came to us. EVER. I dont think Ive ever had that. We watched another server pet a dog, then play with her hair then handle someones food without washing their hands. We wont be going back due to prices and lack of cleanliness.

Im always torn about the Sail... takes forever to get a drink, and your gonna have to sell an organ to pay for it, but it will be delicious, strong, and it comes with one of the best views and atmospheres in Tampa! If you are looking for a place to take a date or friends from out of town for fun and a view, make it your first and last stop!! If you are looking for a two drink happy hour, youre gonna be pretty sad when you get your $30.00 plus tip check. But then again, theres that unbelievable view...

This is a South Tampa gem. This little bar attracts locals and tourists alike. Besides the goregeous view it frequently has live music or DJs. I love it when the food trucks go. The staff is friendly and never forget about you. Lots of water recreation just inches away. Of course next door to convention center and near the forum makes it the perfect pre or post game spot to meet up with friends. Cant go wrong.

The outdoor patio is in a great location for people-watching or taking a break from a walk. The kitchen is actually inside the convention center so you can eat inside where there are plenty of tables and chairs. The servers run the food out to people and it is a busy operation and some of the orders got mixed up. My burger was tasty but a bit greasy. The Cuban Nachos looked great.

Terrible service. Great location but the service is just awful. Went today for Mothers Day and the waitress forgot to put our order in, only gave us one menu to order from and was NOT pleasant. Things happen and the place gets busy but no excuse. This service happens every time we go here. They need to figure out that they could do so much better if they had better service.

This is an outdoor bar and grill right on the Tampa Riverwalk next to the Tampa Convention Center. They are dog friendly and actually sell a dog ice cream treat that my dogs thoroughly enjoyed. Our food was very good and the wait staff was excellent with a great atmosphere right on the river by the rental boats. It was a nice way to spend the day with your fur babies.

Located next to the convention center, you can come by boat and dock (pay by the hour at the kiosk). They often have live music and/or football/sports on their TVs. Food comes from inside the convention center, but it has been pretty good the last few times weve eaten there. Drinks come in plastic cups that youre welcome to take with you (good to keep on your boat).

Excellent place to stop by and relax with an adult beverage. Located on the channel next to the convention center and across from Harbor Island. A very good choice of brews and mixed drinks if that is your fancy. Its not cheap but you are paying for the atmosphere. All the seating is outside, hence pavilion! So its going to be quite warm in the summer months.

Went there for lunch at a conference. Staff was woefully unprepared. I would think they would staff up during conferences but nope. Ordered a cuban and after waiting 45 min the waitress came back and said they were out of cubans! Liar!!! I Went inside the convention center and they were churning out cubans! The kitchen is inside the convention center.

Not enough wait staff on busy days. Sat at a table for 30 mins before tracking down wait staff. One waitress said it would be faster to order from the bar. Another waiter said that they probably wouldnt have time to make it to our table but they would try in a few mins. Love the sail but they need a larger wait staff.

The waitress did not seem happy at all. It took forever to get drink refills. We would see her walking around not doing anything while we needed her service. Had to ask another tables waitress to get her to come to us so we could finally order food. Great location and environment just horrible service

We ordered the nachos (which were $11) and received the smallest, cheapest basket of stale chips Ive ever tried to consume in my life. There were BARELY any toppings, and maybe 2 small pieces of pork. Do not come here for food or overpriced drinks. Go somewhere else and get your moneys worth.

This place is great! Took my friends from out of town and they loved it. It was super fun and the service was great. Outdoor location and riverwalk makes it all even better. If youre in Tampa, I recommend you check out this place and order a Titos and Tonic with a splash of lime!

The venue has terrific views and great atmosphere, but the value of the menu is dismal. The cheeseburger is $12, but is simply a small, dry patty with a small portion of fries. Service was pleasant, but not super attentive even on a slow afternoon.

Took a long time to wave waiter down to order food. Nachos with no sourcream available. The temperature of the burger could have been hotter. If you are a nonsmoker then u might not like people smoking cigars and cigarettes near where your eating.

This place was great! What an incredible location and experience. You cant beat live music and drinks on the river walk I would like to see more expansive beer list incorporating more local beers and a more creative cocktail list.

Great outdoors place. Really pretty. I come here to have a drink with friends. Pet friendly! Kid friendly. They have a food truck rally on the second Friday and local artist or shows. Some of The staff could use a little work though.
