I know this place just opened, but they better figure some stuff out real quick. I feel like I knew more about the menu and what goes on the burrito than the staff does. On my first visit I ordered a chicken burrito and got legit 1 teaspoon of rice, I had to BEG for more rice. Im like cmon man this is chipotle, STUFF THAT THING!!" My second time there, the girl on the line asked what kind of salsa I wanted. I replied "pico de gallo, and hot sauce" and she stared at me clueless. I know this is america, and they look like tomatoes to you, but its called PICO DE GALLO!!! I had to resort to pointing and saying "tomatoes" Everyone is super friendly, but they are so clueless and so slow, I was ready to hop over the counter, make my burrito and everyone elses too, just to get the line moving! Sit this crew in front of the employee training video one more time.

As with any Chipotle the food here is fresh and delicious. The team here are very accommodating and friendly whenever I go. This place is brand new so its always been packed with a line out the door when I go on my lunch break and I know the workers are tired and hot even though they put on a smile and try to meet the customers satisfaction. While I say the food is good, the chips are just too salty. The last time I ate here the chips even tasted stale like they were cooked yesterday. If they werent crunchy and stale they are chewy and under fried. In other words, the chips are done incorrectly.

We had this Chipotle location cater our casual Rehearsal Dinner last Friday night. They were so prepared and professional, it really did a lot to ease my mind. The food was delicious and really plentiful and the set-up was ideal. It comes with everything -- bowls, utensils, napkings, sterno burners, etc. The price was great too -- $12 a person. Cant beat it. Id recommend them for a big gathering to anyone/everyone!

They dont understand "Pico de Gallo" I mean I understand you arent hiring MBA graduates but still. I put this right up there with the idiots at Starbucks who cant seem to comprehend why I would ask for a Large instead of a Venti. Blank stare, deer in the headlights.. I WASNT TRAINED FOR THIS! Yes, I know... itll all be ok. Also the chips are always stale.

I travel quite a bit and Ive realized this is the single worst chipotle I go to from Jax, to TN, to IL when it comes to portion size. Foods always good, but they give portions out fit for a 7yr. I try to stay on a Keto or Paleo type diet, no beans, rice, etc.. so I ask for just a little more meat and they dont budge. This place has lost my business

I asked the girl for plain rice after she started to give me cilantro lime. I should have went with my instinct and walked out. The meat is over salted, and adding flavored rice is overkill. She glared at me and stormed off into the back for white rice. It made my stomach hurt. Thanks for ruining my favorite food. Im done with them,

Love this place...have eaten at various locations for years and glad to see it in St. Augustine. However, I called for an order of black beans for a side dish for 30 people and was quoted $120 ... really? Would like to see the catering side of things a little more consumer friendly when is comes to a simple side dish.

While this is a chain, I will say that the food is always good, the staff move through long lines quickly and the inside is always clean. My only complaint is that the music is sometimes a little too loud. That said, this is the best chain location to get Mexican food in the area. Emphasis on the chain.

had take out lunch from here today. It was awesome! I had a burrito with chicken, steak, white rice, black beans, roasted pepper corn salsa, and cheese! Loved it! All the ingredients were fresh and well prepared; everything was served well. I will definitely be back!

I really enjoyed going to this Chipotle cause it was an empty line during lunch time. I was kind of surprised and a bit cautious but i had a chicken bowl and it was great just like all the other locations.

Although when it opened it was a nice Chipotle, it has gone downhill quickly. The portion sizes get smaller and smaller, the beans always seem undercooked, and sometimes the meat is rather tasteless.
