My wife just placed an order with this store about an hour and a half ago. The lady, whose name we later find out is Tracy, told us it would be about 30 minutes. OK! We expect that. Its roughly about 30 minutes later that I tell my wife it seems to be taking long. We let it go since it rained earlier and the roads are wet. Close to 50 minutes later, I tell my wife this is ridiculous. If comes an hour and the delivery person isnt here, to call them and let them know were canceling our order because you said 30 minutes! Over an hour later and I tell my wife to call them to let them know were canceling. She calls and explains that its been over an hour and our pizza isnt here. The person apologizes and says that the pizza should be there any second now. He asks my wife if it was Tracy who took her order, and she says, Im not sure. He asks if it was a lady, and she says "yes". He then says "That explains it!" Explains what? My wife then says the delivery guy still isnt here and were canceling our order. He says he should be here in the next few seconds and apologizes. No discount, or anything else! On top of that, the order taker, Tracy, said itll be 30 minutes when we first ordered. It would have been OK if she simply said itll take about an hour. But when you promise a time, 30 minutes, then it should be here within that time. Weve ordered from other pizza places and they always give us a range, between 45 minutes to an hour, and its always here within 30 minutes! Thats my review of this place. Im not a review writer and this is actually my 1st one, so that should tell you a lot about my dissatisfaction with this Pizza Hut location.

Our order arrived more than 15 minutes late. When it arrived, the delivery employee had the pizzas in his hand, not in a heat-insulated bag. And the boxes appeared as if something had been sat on top of them. The order was correct but the pizza was far from hot. The delivery driver said "we are practically giving this pizza away." Yep, 2 large pizzas for $20... quite a steal. Its practically free in my book (sarcasm). It was actually offensive that an employee would claim to be so generous when it comes customers giving their money and taking advantage of a promotion or sale. Isnt that what customers do? Shouldnt a business be grateful for customers and not vice versa? Unprofessional. It was obvious that he got lost based on where he parked even though the buildings in the apartment complex are clearly marked and have street signs at every intersection. This is likely to be the last time we order from Pizza Hut.

Absolutely horrible customer service. A $75 order was inaccurately filled and the location refused to correct their mistake or refund monies paid for a product that was not delivered. Management was consistently rude, combative, and argumentative; insisting that the mistake was somehow our fault. After receiving the digital receipt by email, confirming wed in fact ordered the specially pizza, they reluctantly offered in an incredible $5 credit toward a future purchase. I had never, in a million years, imagined a business would manage this embarrassingly poor level of service for an ONLINE order and delivery. Successful customer service starts from the top down with leadership. Please set your expectations low for this location in Casselberry.

Good on weekdays Dont go here on a weekend. You wait forever. No one there knows what theyre doing. I ordered a pizza 20 mins before showing up. Paid for my pizza and waited. After waiting about 15 mins I asked if pizza was ready now waiting 35 mins when they told me 15. She had no idea. I told her my order says it is ready in the tv screen they have displayed and she said that doesnt work. After waiting another 10 mins the manager found it and I over heard him tell the girl that the order has been ready for over 10 mins. They even got the order wrong but I just wanted something to eat at this point so I just took the pizza. Feel bad for the person behind me. Their pizza came out upside down??

Horrible. Oh and if you try for the $7.99 large.. dont bother, minimum delivery of $8. That penny makes the order not available. What a hassle. and when you call in, its for online only orders? Why not give the power to the people there? Instead, I got nos left and right. Never again..

SUCKS!!!!! They told me my pizza was going to be ready in 20 mins , it arrived an hour late ! I live 6mins away ! My pizza wasnt even hot ! The garlic knots & the pizza was cold within 10 minutes! Not happy at all

They were not open on time. They turned me away till they look at a clock and realized it was 11:25. Pizza was soggy and dipping sauce was ice cold. We will not be going back.
