The worst customer service I have ever gotten every single time I order from here! The pizza isnt even good but there the only place in town that delivers until 3am, last time I ordered from here they got my pizza completely wrong, called back and got a credit then tried to redeem it and they said they didnt know what I was talking about and wouldnt give me anything and acted like I was bothering them! This place has become complete b.s.! They even looked in there system and saw how much I have ordered from them over the past and refused to honor the credit, I told them that they where losing me as a customer forever and the manager had no response for that! I from st.Aug, and know this place wont be around much longer with b.s. service like this! All of my friends and family have stopped ordering from here and there on there way out!

This place hires reckless drivers who are in a hurry and speeding is condone regardless of life. One of their drivers almost killed me today speeding through the main tourist area that dead ends at the Flagler College. He did bother to slow down and was he a hurry making a left turn at a T stop literally came 1 foot from hitting me when he slammed the breaks. I spoke to the manager Richard, who was insensitive and could careless what I had to say. He said he would speak to the driver. I said, he needs to be fire and said nothing. I said, You dont take me serious do you? How would you feel if he had hit me and the police would of came out along with all the TV stations in Jacksonville? He would not say anything as he did not care. As promise I told him to start reading my reviews online.

THE FASTEST DELIVERY ANYWHERE IN TOWN, BEST TASTING PIZZA TOO! THE OWNER AND FOUNDER JOHN G IS ONE OF THE COOLEST AND NICEST GUYS YOU WILL EVER MEET AND HE WORKS AT THIS STORE. IVE BEEN A 5STAR FAN SINCE THEY FIRST MOVED INTO TOWN AND SINCE IVE GONE TO THE STORES IN JAX AND GATORVILLE TO COMPARE. THEY WON THE BEST OF ST AUGGIE AWARD FROM THE RECORD. ANYONE WHO SAYS 5STAR ISNT THE BEST IS A LYING HATER. THEY USE FRESH VEGGIES, GRATE THEIR OWN CHEESE, MAKE THEIR OWN DOUGH, AND THE SAUCE THAT IS ALSO MADE IN THE STORE IS JOHN G.S OWN RECIPE. Wish I could leave 0 stars. Ordered around 11:20, and was told 30-35 mins. Which is perfectly normal, and fine. Its now an hour later, and nothing. So I called for an update, and the gentleman who answered was rude, and told me, "well if the address isnt right, they obviously cant deliver it" They have delivered to me many times, and when I gave my name, and phone #, the lady who took my order read ME my address. Trust me, it didnt change in the last 20 minutes. So on top of being more than 30 mins late, he was rude, and condescending. Will no longer be ordering from here. Way too many GOOD places to get a pizza to waste my money with people who treat their customers this way when they screw up their times.

It was late after the last ghost tour and we were starving. He wanted late night pizza. We googled for a pizza place its now 11:15pm. Five Star Pizza popped up among other pizza places. It showed good ratings so I gave them a call. We were indecisive on what we wanted for our pie. Being a tourist we just wanted recommendations. The gentleman was very patient and nice. He recommended us the "deluxe" pizza because thats what the sale the most. He was definitely right about the pizza. It was delish and on top of it it only took them 20 minutes to deliver it. I would definitely recommend this place when you are in need to a good late night pizza.

As delivery pizza goes, youre not going to find anything better in St. Augustine. Their delivery area is the largest, covering most of the city, from just North of the airport, all the way down to SR 206, and from the beach to I95 and beyond. Everything is made fresh, the kitchen is clean, and the delivery is FAST! Open every day of the year until 3AM, including ALL holidays. I recommend the pepperoni rolls, which is pepperoni and provolone cheese rolled up in dough. After baking, theyre brushed with garlic butter, and sprinkled with parmesan cheese. I also like the BBQ chicken pizza with bacon and onions added.

My girlfriend and I were in the mood for a relaxing evening in our hotel room while on vacation in ST. Augustine. Saw an ad for Five Star and it was the best decision we have made since we took our trip to Saturn. The food was phenomenal, the prices were lower than garage sale prices, and the service was better than that of Disneyworld. Excellent choice if you have a hankering for pizza in ST. Augustine. The only drawback was when I sneezed on my second slice and left it with a massive, wet, gooey booger, making it a little less desirable.

We ordered pizza and wings for 3 nights from 5 star while on vacation. I ordered the biggest pizza and u have no idea what big is until u see it! We laughed and took pictures before eating because it was the biggest thing we had ever seen! The pizza was fantastic! Im funny about sauce on a pizza and this was the best! We are huge chicken wings fans, but are very picky! They did not disappoint! We are actually thinking of moving to St Sugustine and 5 stars number will b programmed in my phone!

I order five star many times a week, however tonight was the worst customer service I have ever had. My son ordered a small cheese pizza and got over charged. Not only did the driver steal my sons tip but we didnt get our pizza. I will be contacting the manager tomorrow with my bank statement and my sons overdrawn account. I recommend ordering with the manager or you will be dealing with the same mismanagement as myself.

My husband and I went to St Augustine beach while passing through on vacation. It was almost a year ago and he maintains that this is the best pizza hes ever had. Not only was it super pizza, but got there even faster than expected, about 30 minutes and the place was a few miles away! We got the peperonni explosion and it was so good. We will stop by or deliver when in the area again for sure.

All of the staff in the kitchen rub their faces and clothing without washing their hands while making your food. -Gross! First time eating here, Last time eating here. Also I thought it was overpriced for what I received, Ive had better pizzas at chuck-e-cheezes. Obviously there were changes to management and staff over the last couple months, the ratings have decreased drastically.

whatever you do do not order online...we order for work all the time and 8/10 orders are screwed up. I have repeatedly asked the driver to tell them to call me and got nothing. These people only care about getting your money...once its in their hands they are done with you.When we order three or four times a week, Id think they might want to keep the business....
