Yay! Chipotle! I love Chipotle and have been to this location many times. They get VERY busy with lines out the door almost every day around lunch and dinner times. For that reason, sometimes their stations have some cheese on the side, sometimes there is a little bit of spilled salsa on the counter top. I understand that, I have seen them clean it. I have came in when it wasnt busy and the restaurant was spotless. The food has always been fresh with the exception of sometimes the Chips. I have had this problem at other Chipotle locations too, not just this one. As others are saying sometimes the portions can be smaller than other locations. I will admit that a few times this has happened and as long as I have said something they are willing to fix it. What I really enjoy: If the meat you want is not ready or out, you can either wait for you original meat or choose another that is available, BUT they will give you your entire meal for FREE, even the guac. To me that is customer service! I took off one star because the portions SHOULD be consistent throughout their locations and at times here they are not. Additionally, there soda fountain drinks almost always taste either mixed or just plain gross. Please fix this and your stale chip problem!

This place was hands down the worst Chipotle experience I ever had. Behind the counter and on the counter was a disgusting mess. The countertop area right by the cash register was strewn with salsa debris and nobody working there seemed to notice. Then when I got my food and went to find a table, there was not one single clean table. Not one had been wiped clean. Disgusting vibe in this joint. They werent even very busy and had plenty of help there. My soft corn tortillas werent properly heated and they broke apart as a result and were useless. The corn chips were either not fresh, or some cheap substitute I never had at any other Chipotle. They were very average corn chips. The guacamole was all brown in the prep area but it was tasty and fresh underneath. The brown guacamole does not present well to the customer. Oh, and the coup de grace for me was that there were ZERO bottles of Chipotle flavored hot sauce available. That is my favorite thing about Chipotle. I am not one to post negative reviews. But this place needs a kick in the pants.

EDIT: I had to drop a few stars..................................................................................... Lately the meat has been cold inside, and I got sick a few times. As much as I like the burrito, I keep getting sick when I go there........................................................................................................ ........................................................................................................................................................................ I have Been eating Chipotle for years. The staff cant hear you very well due to the overhead acoustic design by the line. It needs a sound trap. The food is good, the meat is always a little short unless you get double meat.

They started serving what they refer to as "conventional chicken" (as opposed to the free range healthier and better tasting kind that they had used to serve). I dont know what "conventional" means to them or if its just a euphemism, but bottom line I can sure say that the quality significantly deteriorated!....the chicken is rubbery, almost feels like it had been frozen, bland, not even clean (tendons and gristle). I used to love Chipotle and I am very disappointed that they have let the quality of their products get to this level! I hope this is just temporary to cut costs or whatever and hope to see them go back to higher standards..

Let me start off by saying that I love Chipotle. I would typically give it a guaranteed 5 stars. For this specific one though, Im taking off one star. Most of the times Ive been here, they always seem to be very stingy with the amount of food they give you. I know I can ask for bigger portions, but I shouldnt have to do that. And its happened to me enough times here that I think it could be coming from management. Other than that, the food is as good as ever. Atmosphere is typical Chipotle, which is to say nice and clean. So yeah, a solid four stars for sure.

I placed my order online and when I got there I still had to wait for my order for almost 10 minutes, then when we were eating it one order there was over dried carnita meat and a huge bay leaf in it, the other there was practically no chicken at all might as well not ordered it in the first place. Very UNSATIFIED with this location and will be going to the one on Granada from now on LIKE I used to. Id rather drive out of my way to get my fix for chipotle then to just go up the street to this miserable place where people seem so unhappy with their jobs!

Always seems short staffed. Tables are always dirty, garbage cans full, the bathroom has hand sanitizer for washing hands and it NEVER has any hand sanitizer in it but there is a sign on the door that says "Employees Must Wash Hands". Now if I havent been able to wash my hands the last 4 times I have been there do you think their employees are washing their hands? NO! I wouldnt recommend this location to anyone!

This is the slowest, sloppiest Chipotle Ive been to. The last 3 times Ive been there theres been no more than 3 people ahead of me and it still took 15 minutes to get through the line. Horrible time management and when I do get a bowl here its sloppily put together and always cold. Ive been here at least a couple dozen times and I can tell you without a doubt that the port Orange one is sooooo much better.

If you love Chipotle, STAY AWAY! This is a horrible version of the franchise with extremely poor customer service and food quality. If I hadnt already had so many other pleasant experiences at other restaurants in the chain I would never eat here again! If you are looking for the Chipotle experience you love, save your money and dont let this place ruin it for you.

I came while visiting Daytona Beach and I disliked everything from slow service, stale chips, brownish guac, dirty spoons and overall a bad tasting meal. Oh and I barely had the chance to ask for chips and a drink since the cashier was so busy having her own conversation with another employee. Worst Chipotle I ever been to, never returning again.

This is the best Chipotle in Volusia County (better than the one in Ormond or in Port Orange). The staff is always super friendly, and nice. This place is popular with the college crowd, and gets pretty crowded at lunch and later for dinner (around 7), so time your visit correctly, or order online and pick up with the cashier.

Id advise not to go during lunch rush because it gets crazy, but otherwise I liked this location. You just have to be mindful of the time you go. I can vouch for the steak bowls and they are great. They dont skip out on portions sizes like other Chipotles Ive been to.

Never got to taste the food because the service was so poor. I walked out after waiting for someone to finish my half made burrito that sat there getting cold while the worker very slooooooowly refilled all the containers that were not even close to being empty.
