I received a late delivery from the Gateway location in June. I then received an email for two free medium pizzas as compensation. I tried to redeem it tonight at the Gateway location. The mobile site was not working so I called this store to get help. Taz, the manager on duty right now, would not help me and said that it was redeemable online only. I had to go home to make my order. The website would not allow my carryout order to be placed at the correct store. So I placed it at the Winter Park location. The website said the order was placed. I went to the Winter Park location to pick up my order but no order was in the system. Krystal, the on duty manager at Winter Park, listened to my plight and took care of my order in less than 10 minutes with no hassle!! Thank you, Krystal!

I was never really a fan of Pizza Hut but had tried another location and it was great. As for this location…mediocre at best! Order my pizza, said would be ready in 15 min ~ I got there within 10 minutes of placing my order. 5 minutes to drive home and the pizza was ice cold! Ordered last night, pretty much same deal except got some bone in my pizza. That and I swear they prebake the dough then add toppings and reheat. Truly gross pizza and I will not be going back!

I know some people that worked here and they said its the worst place to work. Its a running health code violation. Bugs everywhere managers drop pizzas on the floor and serve it to customers, they make you work and handle food when your sick. Everytime i go in there, theres always someone coughing, or sneezing and they dont wash there hands after. DO NOT ORDER FOOD HERE.

John Smith is a straight up liar and possible disgrunted ex employee. I have worked at multiple pizza joints, including chains, and this is by far the cleanest and best run I was ever a part of. I will spare you the horror stories from the others, but rest assured you are in good hands with this Winter Park Pizza Hut!

Never had an issue at this location. Pizza quality is what youd expect from a Pizza Hut. I live in the area and always do take out. Never had to wait more than fifteen minutes. Order online and look for take out deals. I typically get a large for about $8.

Ordered at 9 pm on Sunday (football season) was told dont have two things I wanted on my pizza no delivery and 30 mins to pick up felt like they were trying to get me not to order sure is funny that is supposed to be what they do

this pizza hut is great now. they fired all the staff that was a problem and the new staff is so nice and cleanse staff i ever seen so much change in a few time go there its worth the money 5 stars!!!

They gave me the wrong order. I called. They assured they were right. Even though Im looking at the wrong order. Then they wanted to take the good back. Bad management.

We picked the pizza up rather than have it delivered. They took a while longer to make it than they said it would take, but the pizza was really good.
