This Indian restaurant is ideal! Because it is a huge facility (unlike so many smaller ones Ive been to) you have plenty of room to spread out, relax and peacefully enjoy your lunch. It also means there is more buffet bar space for more interesting food options. Easy to be a vegetarian here, if you are one. The manager knows me, greets me warmly and makes me glad I came. He or his staff come around and make sure your drink is refilled and that your experience is going well. Lots of open tables for those who need leg room but also, what I like, comfy, roomy booths for privacy between you and your lunch companion or just to have as much privacy as you like. Linen napkins! One day I was there and the staff was singing a song from their country and encouraged me to sing with them. Now, that made me feel like family. Prices are good, food is wonderful. Be careful of the large plates, you just may be tempted to overdo a little bit. Save room for their tasty naan bread. Parking is never a challenge. At the intersection of Clark and Beneva. You will enjoy it!

Found this place as we were driving through 301. I ordered the Chicken kadhai and my friend ordered the Lamb vindaloo . Now we frequent Indian restaurants so we know our Indian food but this place has hands down THE BEST indian food we have ever had . The chicken kadhai was absolutely delicious , with bell peppers and onions it packed lots of aroma . My friend loved his lamb Vindaloo , and though it had a little bones in it ( they pre-warned us about that ) it seemed to intensify the flavor . Very friendly staff , lots of refills . All in all a very good family owned restaurant , you guys should check it out if you love Indian food , and even if you dont .Hope they succeed. God bless.

We love the food at Curry Station. Everything we have tried is absolutely delicious. Chef Narendra is very personable and wants every guest to have a great dining experience. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough! The biryani and breads are amazing. For those who enjoy cooking Indian cuisine at home, the Chef Narendra offers cooking classes every other Sunday. His relaxed style and good humor make the classes both fun and instructive. Whatever we prepare in class then becomes our lunch along with other offerings from the kitchen. If you are interested in Indian cooking, try it!

A lovely surprise find. Delicious and authentic. Ill be going back regularly since its close to where I live and I havent found Indian food this good in years. We had the chicken vindaloo and the tandoori chicken along with the garlic naan. The food was everything I love about Indian -- perfect balance of spices and heat, full rich complex flavors -- without the floating oil that sometimes is a problem for me. Service was quick and friendly. I havent had the lunch buffet, but I heard it was only $8.99. So.. my new lunch place, too.

Curry Station is hands down the best Indian food in Sarasota. My boyfriend and I went on Sunday for dinner and I was back on Monday for lunch if that gives you any idea of how delicious it is. For both lunch and dinner I got the curry chicken which was just enough heat to satisfy my Indian food craving. My coworkers both got the $8.99 buffet lunch takeout and loved everything their to-go boxes could fit. The owners couldnt be nicer and the food couldnt be better. This is definitely a place we will come back to again and again.

It was a very pleasant experience and the food was the best of all that I had in the Bradenton/ Sarasota area. Being an Indian originally and moving in from North Carolina which has many Indian restaurants, I found the food to be authentic. I had asked them to make the food in a specific way and they did that for me. The ambiance was probably not as good as the other upscale places in the area, but who cares as long as the food tastes better? I definitely recommend it and hopefully they grow quickly.

Excellent food, customer-friendly staff, reasonable prices. My husband and I enjoy eating here tremendously. We also took a cooking class from owner/chef Narendra Singh Saud. About 10 to 12 people watched then participated in making the same dish the chef had prepared. We ate our creation along with a buffet provided by the restaurant. A great way to spend a Sunday morning and to interact with people wed just met. Lots of fun!

Curry Station is by far the best Indian food in the area. The staff is super nice and the chef will come chat with you during your meal to make sure everything is good, they have even given up pointers on recipes for cooking at home. They have an affordable buffet for lunch and a super delicious dinner menu (I recommend dinner). This is where I take friends and family who visit, best food Iv found in Sarasota.

We cant wait to go back again the place is clean the service is great and the food is delicious what tastes and flavors. Definitely authentic not so Americanized as the other Indian restaurants in town. If you like Indian you have to go there!

Food is over the top great. Buffet is a wonderful workday quick lunch. Dinner menu is filled with delicious entrees. After eating here a few times I enrolled in cooking class and Chef Narendra is an easy going and very supportive teacher who makes dishes that seem complicated easy to make. Try Curry Station and Im sure you will keep coming back.

Such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are so accommodating and were quick to make up a dish for my specific diet. The chef/owner makes sure that every dish is the best it can be with the freshest ingredients. And the lunch buffet has a great range of options and is very affordable. Such a great addition to the area!

Excellent. Delicious authentic Indian food and great service. Casual. Staff is courteous and helpful; graciously accommodated special requests and made appropriate suggestions. Have even come in 30 minutes to close and no stink eye. Love Curry Station. Cant wait to try the lunch buffet.

Hands down the best food (not just Indian) Ive ever had. The flavor, heat, tenderness, everything was just perfect. I work close and eat here about once a week and still cant get enough. I cant even understand how its possible to make food this good. My mind and taste buds are melted.

This is a truly great restaurant. I was visiting from Los Angeles and its on par with any of the Indian food Ive had in the city. The chef came out to ask how everything was and all the people who worked there were helpful, sweet and attentive. I highly recommend trying it out !

Good Chicken Curry, always a must for a Indian restaurant. I had the Korma, was ok. Would come back again, as I love Indian food. A small hole in the wall, but food will be surprisingly good. Had 2 pieces of Papadam, would of liked more. But portions are of his size.
