I love zorbas!!! Best greek food in town. Service is excellent And food is outstanding! I had the moussake with a greek salad and the katinas favorite appetizer...so good and portions are huge at a very reasonable price. I cant agree with those people complaining about hours...this is a family run buisiness and they are there morning till night...I think its very fair of them to stop seating at 8:30 and offer carryout until 9 as they are tired and would like to go home and spend time with their family as well. Also Ive worked in restaurants and a general rule of thumb is you NEVER walk in a restaurant right before closing...unless you want the cooks and servers to curse you out behind your back...its just common courtesy!!!

Wow this place is awesome!!! Authentic Greek Italian prepared by the owner! He is demanding and it shows but dont miss out on the outstanding chicken parmesan, it is amazing and plenty of it too! Do NOT let the negative reviews posted about the hours of operation persuade you not to try this place! The owners work very hard and very long hours which entitles them to close when they say they do. If you decide to make this a deterrent for yourself, you will definitely miss out on a good meal! Just keep in mind how you feel when someone walks into your establishment five minutes before you are ready to go home knowing full well that you still have 2 hours of cleanup before you leave.

We are fortunate to have this restaurant of superior quality in our small town of DeBary. The food is without a doubt some of the best I have had in recent memory. The restaurant is immaculate and the service is prompt without feeling pestered. The owners, Nancy and Tony, make us feel like part of the family and it is for this reason that we not only dine there regularly, but also bring friends and family weekly to enjoy the authentic food and music. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who desires a pleasant meal in a spotless venue and at a reasonable price. Bryan L Dorion

I cant really relate to any other negative experiences from other people here. My boyfriend and I go here often and order carry out gyros, Greek salad with mozzarella instead of feta, or wings, and pizza for the kids. We have also.gone and dined in as well. All the staff has been friendly including manager and food has always been delicious. Our favorite are the gyros and Ive tried them elsewhere n have not had them anywhere else as good as here. We live right up the street and are glad Tio have zorbas around! They also sell little magnets I started a mini collection with, that I love :-)

Excellent food, great service. The best gyro youll find in Central Florida, and the fries are unmatched. The pizza is also excellent, and they have a mouth-watering half chicken that will give you leftovers for days. Those complaining about the stated hours, the same happens at EVERY establishment. Open until 9 pm means that the doors are closed and customers are out at 9 pm (or very nearly afterwards). Next time, show some courtesy and show up at a reasonable hour if you expect to dine in. Remember, the people waiting on you have family they want to spend time with too.

Very unhappy with this place. They have store hours sign on front door that states OPEN till 9:00pm. First week we walked in 8:45pm and they were quick to state take out only. So we ordered Greek Salad and left. The Following SATURDAY night we arrived at 8:30pm. Went to seat ourself and was told we could get take out only. I dont care how busy of a night you had your hours state you are open till 9:00pm. We were there at 8:30 pm. That is NO WAY to run a business (Resturant) We were Loyal customers but you have lost our business forever and wlll pass this on.

This place is really good.We tried it for the first time today because our local pizza place was closed and Im so glad it was.The food here is very fresh. We had a pizza, zucchini patties, stuffed grape leaves, french fries and an appetizer called katalinas favorite.Everything was amazing!!!!We will be back for sure!!! I agree with alot of the other people who posted about the time thing.Who goes in to a restaraunt 15 to 30 min before they close?,esp. a mom and pop place,a little common sense goes a long way!!!!

I cant recommend this restaurant. The servers were friendly, but thats about the only positive thing about the experience. The salad was a bagged mix with one olive, a couple rings of onions and bell peppers, and entirely too much dressing on top. The bruschetta was good, but not great, and a little overcooked. The tzatziki tasted jarred, as did the pasta sauces, and the pasta was way overcooked and mushy. I just cant justify the prices for food that tastes like it came from a supermarket and a microwave.

Very bad restaurant for vegans. Everything is covered in meat and/or cheese. You could technically get vegan pasta (literally noodles with nothing on it), but that is hardly appetizing or worth the $8-10 price tag (and easily made better yourself at home). Same with the salads. (Also the pasta is not even whole wheat or whole grain; it is the refined crap. Far from health-promoting). With all the other selection in Sanford, I cant think of any reason to come here again.

We have just found Zorbas and now that is all I am thinking about!!! A pet friendly place when eating outside. My husband and I shared the freshly baked bread and olives OUT OF THIS WORLD and that was only the appetizer. My husband had the Gyro and I had the Mediterranean pizza each better with every bite we took. I wish I had enough room to try dessert but maybe next time!! This will be our new favorite place to go eat!!!!

Everything is AMAZING here. From the moment you walk in to the door and are greeted, all the way to dessert. Gina is an excellent server. I have a gluten problem and they are extremely friendly and accommodating. I had the Chicken Athenian with rosemary potatoes (because I can not have linguine) and it was impeccable. I would not hesitate to eat here again and I DEFINITELY recommend it!

The food here is delicious, authentic, and fresh. I love the tzatziki and their homemade pita bread is fantastic. The eggplant Parmesan is the best I have ever had - its baked and not fried. The dolmathes is very good too, and the calzones are delicious as well, all dough made in house and oozing with cheese. I eat here just about once a week. Delicious!

As a Greek its hard to find authentic Greek food, this is by far the best Greek restaurant in the central Florida area hands down. No comparison. We drive from winter garden, about 40 minutes to eat at Chef Anthonys at least once or twice a month. Its well worth the drive and the shops on the street make this a nice afternoon.

Not sure why this place isnt busier the two times my husband and I have visited! The service was great and we really enjoyed the fresh bread appetizer - the hint of sesame flavor was wonderful. My gyro was super tasty and my husband cant get enough of the pizza! Definitely one of our go-to places downtown now!
