Started when we pulled up to a broken station that was not marked as broken. Button did not work nor terminal. This was first terminal on the extension near the highway. Drove around to other side to place order which we had to repeat three times. The person taking the order left us with a pause thinking we were finished but then again had to repeat the end of the order. Only three products were ordered, small fudge shake, medium cookie dough brownie master blast and a triple chocolate master blast. After waiting 15 minutes from order placement to end we received the correct first part of the order, small fudge shake. The next part was given as a large, not a medium as ordered and later looking at the receipt charged as a large. Correct if I ordered that. Last part is what caused me write this in. It was a completely different item then ordered but at least they got the size right. No toppings, soupy and topped with melting whip cream. I rung back in to same person who struggle the first time when placing the order. He asked what I wanted them to do. I asked for what I originally ordered. Another wait and another product that didnt met expectations. I understand mistakes will happen in a fast pace work environment, I actually worked at sonic before in my youth. Its part of it. The customer service part from start to end where the fault is. That is something that can be controlled. Even if the product isnt 100%, with good customer service I would be willing to go back and try again. I dont go to Sonic often and this is a reminder why.

Food is usually good. Beware of onion rings size. Ordered a small onion rings priced about $2.19 and was given literally 2 and a half onion rings. When asked if I was accidentally given the mini size which is about a $1 less, they said no it was a small. I asked how that was possible and how many come in a mini, answer about 2. I was pretty upset that they were trying to pass a mini size as a small. 3 stars because the manager gave us a medium onion rings free of charge and the rest of the food was fine.

Great place to get a quick and tasty meal. The only problem is that the patio can sometimes be invaded by children playing and running around while their parents are sitting and waiting for the prices to drop before buying anything. I understand that hard times can fall on people, but that is no excuse to let your kids act like brats. Management needs to take a stand and not let this place turn into a hangout for people that might eventually buy something.

3 stars, not because its bad... just because its fast food. If youre looking for something quick and on the go, Sonic (in my opinion) is a little better than your typical joints. Food is typically a little fresher and they offer a bit more variety.

The staff is nice but the location itself is old and dirty. The machines to order dont work to well. The shake I had said it came with resses but there were literally two little tiny broken pieces in the whole 10+ ounces. Not going back.

This is the best Sonic I have experience here in Florida. I drive over 20 miles just to come to this Sonics because my food is always hot and fresh. I love the service here at the St.Cloud location. Im thinking about going to day

Our server Matt was with the up most respect and pleasure having him as our server. Was very polite. Will come back to this establishment and ask for him as our server again. The food was served hot fresh and in a timely manner.

Stopped by after 8pm and was pleasantly surprised to find that the milkshakes were 1/2 price. Got a Strawberry Cheesecake one with whip cream and thoroughly enjoyed it on the ride home.

I ordered a bacon croissant sandwich with tt. The tt didnt any salt and the sandwich was soo salty that I didnt finish it. I will stick to DD next time.
