One star because I ordered it once before and the pizza was good. However ordered it yesterday, pizza was still doughy. After ordering at 4 o clock she said on the phone it would only take 5 minutes? Obviously worker was in another dimension.? We figured she meant about 15 minutes went to pick it up, gave it about ten more minutes before we went to go get it, so gave it a total of 25 minutes untill we went in, they said it wasnt ready had to wait another 15 minutes. Note that there wasnt any other customers there. When we got it we had ordered three pizzas, they only gave us two. I know for a fact my mother in law ordered 3, she repeated the order several times back to the woman. "They didnt write a 3rd pizza down " wouldnt resolve the issue and were extremely rude! Would not recommend them! Id rather drive to lancaster to get a pizza. Highly dissatisfied.

ordered spaghetti and a chicken pizza for delivery the spaghetti was labeled lambardos on the menu and ive had it before but that wasnt what i got. We were told 45 minutes for delivery, after an hour and a half we called and were told it was on the way, so it showed up an additional ten minutes later mind you we live less than ten minutes from the shop. No effort was made to rectify the problem. Very unhappy with the service

I ordered a pizza tonight and it took 1 1/2 hours to get it then it wasnt hot and tough to chew. When i called all the gentleman could say is that the driver left a while ago and should be there. Didnt take anything off my bill or even a sorry it took so long

Nice setting, very good wings, terrible pizza. Crust like cardboard. If you have kids they will love the restaurant and pizza. Adults order something else.
