I stopped in with a few colleagues from work for a quick lunch. The restaurant looked very clean, from the tables to the floors, including the bar. The four of us sat in a booth - again very clean. We ordered then proceeded to the fairly hidden salad bar. I was surprised by the various types of lettuce, but was also turned off at the dry and subtle brownish state of the leaves in them all. We discretely told the waitress who said shes have it swapped out. We never went back so I have no idea if she actually did or not. The food eventually came out, the chicken in the quesadilla was burned and it seemed as if the cook tried to hide it in the mounds of cheese within the quesadilla. The pasta dish was obviously re-heated in a microwave. The plate was extra hot to the point where the waitress had trouble handling it with a towel. The pasta and cheese topping were hard from being microwaved, and the entire dish tasted quite bland. We also ordered a burger well done. The burger was definitely well done on the outside, but the fried tasted re-heated in a microwave, and we later realized the center of the burger was in a rare state. So it looked as if the burger was rushed. We quickly ate the portion of the food we felt comfortable eating, but ultimately ended up leaving most of the food on the plate before paying the bill and leaving. Weve all vowed not to return. Too many things went bad to simple overlook.

I do not believe I will ever see the inside of a Ruby Tuesday ever again. As soon my wife and I walked in we were greeted with the aroma of old, dirty, stained carpet. We were sat immediately but it took a good 10 minutes for the waiter to acknowledge us and to offer a booster seat for our baby. For our luck there was a party of 10 seated right next to us, the waiter proceeded to take the parties order before coming to our table to ask what we would like to drink. I understand the party arrived a few mins prior but in my eyes it would have been smarter to take our order before entering an order for a party of 10. At this point my wife and I were considering leaving, at that same moment the waiter came over and took our order. Not only was the service already nudging at our patience but the food was terrible. I ordered the pork chop which tasted like a brick of ham. The dish was supposed to come with steamed broccoli and instead was accompanied with green beans. The mash was cold and had no flavor, this restaurant is simply terrible.

Waiter made comments that he should have kept to himself. ... Husband asked for several lemon slices. Waiter asked if he was going to make lemonade? Husband likes lemons in his water, and I like lemons in my tea- not just one or two slices each. ...After we ate, waiter said it is magic that the plates disappeared. Waiter asked if we ate the plates? ...After eating my meal I asked for one tea refill. Rather than giving me the refill waiter asked if I would rather have the tea to go? I said yes, but waiter never brought the tea to go. Other Observation ...Waiter did not offer cheese biscuits while we waited for our food. He said we had to ask for them. Another waiter offered her customers cheese biscuits. All the Ruby Tuesdays we have frequented offered us cheese biscuits while we wait. Dont understand, unless there has been some policy change. ...Crab cake tiny on shellfish trio. ...Manager did not ask our opinion of the meal or service, but we heard him ask other custmers around us their opinion.

Horrible service ending into a terrible date and night. We come in and were sat right away however the waitress took forever to take our drink order. About 15 minutes. By the time she finally came we knew what we wanted and took another 20 minutes to give us our waters. And it took forever for the food. When it arrived to the table. My pasta along with my dates food, look like it was sitting out for a while. On top of all that common things. Then comes the check. We gave her the card to take care of our bill. When she gives us the receipt to sign. We noticed WE PAID FOR SOMEONE ELSES MEAL! Than she said how she took off it and checking the bank on the phone, in front of her. it took out 2 payments of 22 dollars from ruby Tuesday. She said "oh the 1st payment got refunded and will be back on the card tomorrow." Great and only had 40 to spend on card for that night. Which ended in an argument and fight and now typing this review in rage and honesty. Overall a bad night in general. Thanks Ruby Tuesday...

Was very disappointed today. Ordered baby back ribs to go. The ribs were horrible, stiff and I couldnt even cut them (usually they are falling off the bone) I believe it was microwaved and reheated which is a big no no. I also ordered "loaded baked potato" as a side and it was bland with nothing in it, I had to add butter I had in my office. The only ok thing on my plate was the sweet potato fries. I was immensely disappointed. I usually eat there and have never had a problem, but today had made me not wanting to go back. With all the Ruby Tuesdays closing down you would think the service and food would be at its best. So sad that I have to add them to my no go for lunch places.

Rude hostess refused to believe we had made a reservation. She stashed us in a cramped booth away from the main dining area where people wait for take-out. After one maneger promised to rectify the situation, but ultimately did nothing, it took another manager to remedy their mistake and seat us in the main dining room. At least they comped us an appetizer. The meal was adequate but the evening was spoiled by bad service and an inadequately trained host staff with a bad attitude. Given they are the first people you meet coming in, their behaviour was totally unacceptable and far from professional. Well be telling all our friends where NOT to dine while staying in Pompano Beach.

UHM...what to say. The atmosphere was dim. I wondered if it was because the place was dirty. The air ventilation ducts were visibly very dusty/dirty. They didnt have a bottled beer from their menu. It took so long to get our beer that the waiter could have run to the local packy to pick up the beer they didnt have. The taste of the food was mediocre at best. It kind of tasted like Lean Cuisine. I read the other ratings after we left. We didnt get any fricken cheese biscuits either. Those cheap bastards!

Best ruby Tuesdays been to in a long time the only bad thing they seem to clean their blinds to close when we were eating... Food was great had the shellfish trio, great $$$ for the amount of food you get . We stayed at the Windom resort so we were able to walk over good thing with all the 5$ drinks they have .Mr. Culp came buy and asked us how our vacation was going so nice to speak with him, gave us some great ideas on things to do for the rest of our vacation .
