I usually do not put one star reviews but I guess after several times of coming here (5 times) and always getting bad customer service I need to make this a shared complaint. Since last year our experience was awful, my sister in law started by ordering lobster biscuit and they brang it 40 minutes later, I said to myself okay this can happen in any place, so gave it a fair try again. Later, we came again to watch a soccer game and they did not even have our reservation, so we had to wait for more than 30 minutes to get a table, the service again was awful, fries were cold and dry . Third time we came we ordered drinks and they took literally 40 minutes for them to arrive - would the business owner want people to actually spend money on more drinks and food? unfortunately this cannot happen because your employees are taking their sweet time to even serve the first drinks when in that whole lapse of 40 minutes we could have all ordered already 3 round of drinks! Yes ! We came back AGAIN due to the fact that its close to all of our offices (in Brickell area) but for the FOURTH time the front desk girl gave us a table BUT informed it was reserved in the next half an hour or so - she advised we could use it until 5:45pm , surprise to us 40 minutes in they kicked us out because the reservation was here - not just this! they kicked us out without even thinking we had to pay the bill first? So wouldnt you cordially ask for us to pay the bill before you kick us out? or do you want me to pay the bill on the way out standing up?? This goes beyond unprofessional and UNWELCOMING (This was last Wednesday) I asked to speak to a manager but i guess he was to busy or careless that he never came and a different water just told us we had to leave. NOW today we came with a reservation that I personally made with Maria 2 days prior. We arrived at 4:30 and to our surprise we were not attended until 5:06pm - the restaurant was not even full of clientele, our section was empty and yet there was no one to serve us! After calling 2 people to try to get service 40 minutes passed by and we got our FIRST. The game finished at around 90 minutes laters and the MANAGER informed our table we had to be moved because they had another reservation at our table ??? Who does this? Since when do you reserve tables already reserved? This place was empty and yet they make OUR TABLE move when there was around 10 empty tables and booths? His excuse was that there was an AMERICAN game and that they will be kind of rude to us?? Was it because we were wearing Ecuadorean - Colombian shirts? Discrimination?? Let me tell you that im an Australian and you cannot dear to mistreat people because of their background or race. We are spending every penny to receive service from you and you just keep making our experience more horrible.!!!! This is crazy! Did the manager offer me a free drink? or a discount for all of the bad experience I have received? NO he said I will personally move you somewhere were you will not be moved and apologized for the misunderstanding. I Really hope that the owners get to read this review and speak to their staff - You will keep loosing good customers if this type of service is given, I personally will NEVER EVER come back here again and nether will my co-workers and friends! Thanks for the bad service and treatment!

Went there for a promotional event where your first drink during Happy Hour was for free however, you stay waaaaaaaaaay past that first drink because the food, ambiance, drinks, and service are phenomenal! They had live music so we sat closer to the outside main entrance. Beautiful evening and great live music to accompany it. Our server, Connie, was in one word, perfection. She was quick, attentive, courteous, knowledgeable, and very personable. She recommended great food items and everything we had was awesome - margarita pizza, pretzel bites, red pepper Hummus, and truffle fries.... Soooooo good! The wine, which I was really surprised, was excellent. I was prepared for something mediocre being that I was ordering wine at a place that clearly specializes in custom cocktails and beers but no, it was freaking great! Very, very, impressed. The service was just so great. Im so sick of going to hipster bars where everyone working there acts like you should be thankful youre being served! Here is one great example of how attentive this staff is.... I went to the bar before leaving to get a cup of water in a "to go" cup. I wasnt sitting at the bar nor was I able to make my way to the front. I was just sort of to the side and IMMEDIATELY a bartender looked my way, acknowledged me, and asked me what I wanted. While I was waiting for my water, our waitress,Connie, saw us and asked if we needed anything, and before she could finish asking, I had yet another bartender asking if I was being helped.... What the f**k? Am I still in Miami Toto? When does this ever happen at a crowded bar? Oh, yeah, NEVER! Unless youre here! By the time we left, Im sure patrons were happy to see us leave because the place was getting packed and we were seated at a prime spot! I will definitely be back. Great little gem in Brickell and I hope it has a longer shelf life than most places in this area. Oh, and one more thing.... The bathroom is crazy. You can literally chop your hands off and still go to the bathroom because everything from the toilets, the door, the sink, and the dryers are hands free. Something I really appreciate during this horrible flu season! Give this place a shot... You wont regret it!

5 months ago I would have given this establishment 4-5 stars. I used to love coming here with my fiancé & friends for celebrations. I recently had a successful networking event here and everyone who attended loved the atmosphere, food, and drinks. Last night was a total disaster and I will not be coming back nor will I ever recommend this pub again. Last nightI was celebrating my engagement with my fiancé amongst my friends and groomsmen. In return from this happy occasion was warm beer, watered down drinks, burning hot sub par food. For example, a member of the party complained about her warm flat beer. Management kindly served her another pint of WARM FLAT Samuel Adams! How does that make sense? If management was honest with us that there was an issue with CO2 and Nitrogen, I would have been fine. In addition, the food was a disaster! A member of my party whispered to another member that he wished he didnt order a burger. Oh, lets not forget about the pizza. Its very hard to screw up a margarita pizza but you guys managed to pull that off with flying colors. The only thing I could say was the service was at least decent until the checks came in. The checks were littered with mistakes! NOT ONLY I had to apologize to my fiancé about this disaster but I had to apologize to the party as a whole. This place used to be a hidden gem in the area. Every time i would stop by your establishment was packed. Last night I found it odd that your pub was relatively empty and I understand why! You will not hear the last from me. I not only want to be whole again, but I would like my party to be whole as well. Last night was suppose to be a happy occasion amongst friends celebrating an engagement. Instead in ended in disappointment. If you decide to ignore my review, please do one thing for me and lose the "gastro" from your sign. Your establishment under my eyes is a pub. Please message me as soon as possible. Thank you
