Basically, everyday I order a pub sub online and pick it up at this publix. Yesterday, somebody took my sub from the pick up area before I could get to it. I stood around for about 10 minutes staring blankly at the pickup station, assuming they had just had a rush and it took them a while to make my sub. I did not mind as I am paid by the hour and could stand around Publix all day, its just a nice place to be. Anyway, I heard the lady behind the counter yell "Excuse me sir? Are you waiting on an online order?" I responded yes, told her my name and she began to say explain that she had made my sub and even remembered all the specific instructions like no pickles and no mustard (as I am very allergic to mustard) and someone must have stolen my sub. She immediately began making me a new sub and told the deli manager "Joe" about the situation. He came over and apologized, I told him I understood, my sub was made by the time our conversation was over and to my surprise they gave me the sub for free due to my inconvenience! I was very happy, it actually made my day. Everyone behind the deli counter it always nice, they always give you the biggest chicken tenders, and its all so fresh! I love this publix, its management, its staff, everything. I hope this review helps. -Rowen

Tried using the online ordering to pick up sandwichs at DELI. Got there 5 minutes after promised time, employee told me "NO ONE CHECKED ONLINE ORDERS". I ordered ahead because I was pressed for time. After already waiting over 5 minutes, for something that should have been ready when I got there, I had not time, or patience to wait another 5 or 10 minutes. DO NOT OFFER A SERVICE, IF YOUR EMPLOYEES HAVE NO INTENTION OF FOLLOWING THRU ON IT. You lost a customer, not because of quality, or price, but because you lost my trust to do what you promise.

OK, Im a Publix fangirl. I am aware this makes me a total weirdo, but thats a given anyway. Seriously. Publix is really a great place to shop. I loved them in Hollywood, and now that I live in Pompano, I shop this location and everyone is NICE ALL THE TIME. The place is clean and not crazy busy. Cashiers are nice and usually in a good mood...which is so rare these days. Lately theyve been playing some rock, hip hop and club music on their in-house radio, its driving the older cashier ladies crazy, but I LOVE it.

Deli employees unprofessional. Was in middle of telling employee what I wanted, when another employee interrupted, and they proceeded to get into a heated argument in Creole. First, its rude to interrupt a customer, second, its unacceptable to carry on a conversation, never mind a full blown argument, in a foreign language in front of customers. Made me uncomfortable, thankfully, this is not my regular publix, and I dont need to frequent this location.

Its impossible to enter this store and not be accosted in the parking lot by a panhandler. The people at the deli counter always slice more than you ask for and the prices for the Boars Head brand are as much as $2/lb more than the deli at Penn Dutch! The loose produce always looks like it has been sitting for days. If I have to go to Publix, I visit the one on McNab or Atlantic. Its expensive but at least its not unpleasant!

Not the best Publix Ive been to. This is my new local Publix, and the visit went well. Found everything I was looking for, accessible, and easy to navigate the store. The only short coming I found was that I dident get that warm Publix customers service. The phamacy tech came out to help me when the floor staff kinda glazed over me avoiding eye contact and not greeting me. I will return maybe the rainy days has everyone down

I do like this Publix, except the parking stinks. BUT..... the reason Im writing this review is so i hope the bag boy, his name is Derrick ....gets recognition he deserves. He worked Thursday and he went above and beyond what an employee would do to help a customer.......let alone young adults these days. SO BIG PROPS DERRICK, dont stop being the person you are!! ⛦

The employees are always friendly. The have an amazing selection of products that most store dont have. Update Usually friendly, I guess the Caucasian girl at the customer service was having a bad day. She threw the items at me... like you kn no regard for the stuff ppl are buy n. Joel the pharmacist was very professional and explain how and when to fill my scripts and even specified what date. I was so confused on where i should fill my maintenance medications. I recently had spinal surgery and i couldnt find no one to fill my prescription because of his professionalism Publix is now my home pharmacy

The reason I did not score this Publix five stars because customer service desk, is poor at times. You catch them at the wrong time during the day their attitude so unprofessional, God forbid you stand in the wrong line and you dont stand in the lottery line and you stand in the returning-check cashing section!! I went there to get a cake that was paid cash for in advance , when I got there no Cake was never made . Then I asked for a refund the manager Perry ask for my receipt , I gave him it and he still was questioning me about who paid for it . And the Employee Keira needs to do her job better she should be fired !

If you ever order from the deli online, dont expect it to be ready when it says it should be. This is the third time they have not even been close. Twenty minutes after they said it would be ready and fourth minutes after we ordered we are still waiting on our subs.
