I will never come back to this place I needed to do a return, cause I bought some things and realized that I dont need it andI thought i wouldnt have any problems with it. I came to the store and the sales associate Nadya said that unfortunately my return can not be done without managers approval. Ok, so I asked for the manager. Nadya said that the manager just left half an hour ago and will come back probably around 6pm and it was just 2pm. Ridiculous!!! I didnt expect to have such BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE in so nice place.

Es un mercado ruso. No son muy amables. Si te gusta la cerveza te lo recomiendo ya que tiene cervezas que no vas a encontrar en otro lado. Y los precios no son altos.

The worst customer service ever. Sellers serve in a sleepy state. Nobody speaks English.Some products are not fresh. The prices are two times more expensive than in any Russian store.
