I went to NY deli for the first time, and I ordered two sandwiches(breakfast). I was told it would take an 1 hour to have the order ready. I was puzzled, then I said that is OK. She seemed surprised, I guess she wanted me to leave the restaurant and not place the order. So, I placed the order went outside in 10 minutes I can back inside my order was there, READIED.... I asked the cashier, I said, you told me it would take 1 hour, she replied, " well, that is what the chef told me to say." p.s the restaurant was busy, but NOT a lot people were waiting for foods... I was very upset of the service, and shame on that that cashier and the chef!

First of all 2 seconds after sitting down I was asked if I knew what I wanted to eat. I have never been here and I felt slightly rushed. The only people here are 90 year olds so bring your own condiments as the food is extremely bland and very vanilla. We were not handed any forks or knives, so I had to eat my Cole slaw with my hands Indian style while standing because the seat we had taken was reserved after we were already sat down. Again bring your own condom mints the food is overly bland.

Always great service, friendly staff, big portions, fresh top quality food. They make their own soups, brisket, roast beef, Turkey, salads and pickles too!. NY DELI catered my self serve holiday party for 80. Everyone loved the food and after my event so many of my guests placed their holiday catering orders with the NY DELI. This place is a winner!

Best deli in Fort Lauderdale. Why? Not just the best foods, including hand carved nova, blitzes to die for, great deli sandwiches, the owners are the nicest people youve ever met. Their catering services are fabulous. Not just great food, but great presentations that make your parties look elegant.

Great NY Deli food, great NY Deli atmosphere. They have my brothers favorite breakfast and not often found, Kippers, Eggs, and Onions. They also have Browns soda and especially my favorite is Celery Tonic. Great place, incredibly friendly and lovely owners. Try it, youll like it.

Great diner! The food is excellent, so is the service. I recommend the home fries that are not fries at all but very nice sautéed potatoes. The omelettes ate great, the pancakes are giant, everything we tried was delicious and at a very good price.

The staff here was very friendly and enthusiastic. Clean and inviting atmosphere. I had the matzo ball soup and a pastrami sandwich and both were delicious. Highly recommended the NY Deli to anyone looking for a casual breakfast or lunch.
