Terrible customer service! First, sales person was on the phone so I had to wait for 10 minutes for her to take my order. Ive asked her to slice me a 1 pound deli meat from a fresh unopened piece (which is actually 1 pound total weight), because the opened one I saw had an actual mold!!!!!! She refused! She said we have to sell whatever we have in stock before opening a fresh one! There was no point for me to explain any further so I called for a manager. Her name was MARINA. To my surprise she refused as well!!! Not only this is unacceptable but Im submitting a report to Better Business Bureau and to Florida Food Safety and Sanitation Administration. Also, they were very rude. I CAN NOT BELIEVE THEY REFUSED TO SELL ME A FRESH DELI MEAT! I felt like I have to beg them to sell me a product! Do not go to this store! STAY AWAY!There are other better Russian Deli stores around. THIS ONE IS THE WORST RUSSIAN STORE IVE BEEN TO! Matroshka has expired products, horrendous customer support and rude faces!

Считаю, что это лучший продуктовый русско-украинский магазин в Майами! Удобно расположен в русском районе Sunny Isles Beach, всегда чистый, огромный выбор продуктов. Магазин не нуждается в рекламе, сколько раз здесь были семьей, всегда много людей, потому что здесь все всегда свежее и вкусное. Цены на продукты очень низкие по меркам американских магазинов.

Дешевле чем Калинка но еда немного соленоватая и иногда пережареная. Немножко стремно что вся горячая еда стоит посреди магазина, куда руками могут залезть дети, разный мусор попасть от проходящих мимо покупателей, или просто неосторожно повернутый кашель. А так продукты очень дешевые.

A little pricey $$... but a lot of really good Russian and Middle Eastern foods. Hot food, salads are available in a buffet area, then you pay by the weight at the checkout.They also have soups and dessert items. The outside tables are in a small space squeezed between the building and the parking lot... Cars pull in and out and people walk by constantly because its in a strip mall with other businesses, so its not the most comfortable place to eat. There are also lots of birds!!! if you leave your food unattended for just a few seconds the birds will be all over it.

Cool Russian food and products! Классный магазин после переезда и расширения стал более солидным там по прежнему можно покушать и купить с собой, встретить дружелюбный персонал и хорошее обслуживание. Рекомендую заглянуть)

I used to go there for borscht and some russian foods but last thursday i went there for soup but i found something like eithet kitchen tower or clorox paper. So, i let them know about it and they brought it new soup. Unfortunately, I found the paper again in the new soup they just brought..... when I found it again, my appetite was gone. I neither trust their food nor even their bakery at Matryoshka.

LOVED this wonderful deli!! I felt like I was back home. The home of my childhood surrounded with authentic Russian/Ukrainian yummy food that is delightfully authentic, fresh, tasty, generous portions & inexpensive to boot! I live in Ft. Lauderdale & wouldnt think twice about driving down to Sunny Isles to eat & shop. Its worth it!! <3 Luba

This is a nice homey place with fresh food and genuine Russian food you can get at this store. It also has a place to eat indoors and outdoors as well. Great selection of Russian and Ukrainian salads, and hot/warm ready-to eat delicatessens. I give more starts to this place compared to their competitors, Kalinka.

do NOT try the prepared food section. chicken is very dry. i tried a bit of everything - everything is really low quality i had to throw it out and i never throw out food. it cost me $12 for a small box of food, a big rip off. i cant speak to the other products in store but the prepared food must stay away.

I wandered in around lunch time one day. They had a very nice selection of Russian classics. I loaded up my plate and was pleased to find the final price wasnt nearly what I thought it would be. This is a solid place for cheap, good ethnic food.

Appearance was A+. Had the buffet have been sick for 2 weeks getting an Attorney after lab tests and suing this posing scum sons of bacas. This will be shut down one way or another. You should be ashamed of your selfs for getting people sick.
