Used to be one of the best Delis in the Bethel Park area. The quality of their deli meats and cheeses cant be beat - neither can their prices. Excellent !!!! However, theyve hired a new batch of employees who seem more interested in other things than serving their customers. Today I visited them and, even though there were a number of employees behind the counter, only one (1) was waiting on a customer. One employee seemed more interested in someone named "Michelle" than his customers. If you want excellent quality deli meats and cheeses and dont mind poor customer service then please visit them.

Michelle, you are the greatest!! your fast, kind, and know what I like! Kim, you made the BEST chicken salad special for me!!! It was the best, biggest most delicious salad I have ever had. My daughter and I split the chicken salad with veggies, fries and homemade ranch for dinner, we were both so full, couldnt finish it.... We love coming to get your specials, everything you make is AWESOME! Thanks again, Carrie ps. We look forward to your zucchini and eggplant specials! lol

Just walked out with out ordering anything. The guy at the counter made it very clear that it was an imposition to make sandwhiches for us because they were busy cooking fish. My daughter tried to order a turkey sandwich with lettuce and tomato. He was so rude and condescending that I was appalled. I love the catering but he was such an a$$ that I will never go back and will not order from here again.

Best made-to-order sandwiches in the tristate area! Their salads and lunch meat selections are great for a daily meal or a quick bite. Plus their employees treat you like part of the family! Cant say anything bad about the Family Deli!
