I really should have known better, but a friend "treated" me to dinner at this Golden Corral location on May 27, 2013 at 7:09 p.m. Maurice was our server. Having eaten at several Golden Corral locations with extremely mixed reviews, this location receives zero stars. A $29.00 tab for dinner and water for two, I will NEVER visit Golden Corral again. The food at this location was not only ill prepared, luke warm, but simply disgusting. Although advertised, not a single one of the so-called "signature dishes" was available for our dining pleasure. As for the drink - water, that was okay but not ice cold as if the Golden Corral was saving the ice cubes for something else. Nasty, disgusting, horrible. My husband and I wanted to have a nice dinner but Mary a server (older Spanish lady) was rude, obnoxious, talking underneath her breath about us in Spanish. While we were trying to eat she was sweeping up the dusty floor and it was going on the table with our food. We go to dinner there several times a week and have never been treated so horribly. I am a firm believer if you dont like your job, find another one. As we were exiting she yelled out "have a great night sit!!" Being sarcastic in front of the manager and other customers. We were humiliated and wont be returning to that location. The only good experience was the chef who cooked our steaks, he was pleasant and made sure we were satisfied. Mary shouldnt be working there. She should find another job because her service and attitude are horrible. Thank you for time.

Just stopped by for lunch. Place was nasty, dirty, bathroom unusable. The food bar was not fresh looking, selection was repeated to fill spots, 7 pans of rice. Most baked goods were over done or burnt. My grilled bbq chicken breast was RAW. Sorry no pictures. Had our waitress get the manager to come over, we waited for 10 mins. I wanted to tell and show her without a sceen, but she never came over. So I took my plate to her, showed her, told her I was a secret shopper. I said, my chicken is raw and you need to have it pulled. I left hungry and upset. The managers name was Manerva. Not sure on the spelling no one had on name badges. We took 5 kids and 3 adults for dinner Sunday May 29th and at the end I went to the soft ice cream dispenser and as I was dispensing the ice cream I was met by a cockroach coming out from above the dispensing handle. I quietly reported it to one of the bus girls that said she would let the manager know. The manager never came over to apologize or acknowledge this problem which was very inappropriate. That is the last time we visit that establishment or any other of Golden Corrals. If asked about it I cannot give it any kind of descent review and possible a call to the health department might be in order. An acknowledgement or apology would have gone a long way.

The negative reviews here are a little misleading. My mom and eat at this Golden Corral often and are very pleased with the food and service. Tables are clean and the food is plentiful. Affordable for two people as well as a family. The servers work hard considering how many people come in there to eat. My mom and I will check out the one on Sample Rd one day but we live closer to this one. If you come in hungry you will leave full without shelling out a lot of money.

Anything fried tasted rancid due to old oil! Meatloaf was still raw! My husband got sick within 35 minutes of eating, seams to have gotten food poisoning! Waitress never brought my little girl her milk. Only thing that tasted ok was the pot roast. Then on the way out two of the claw machines ate my kids dollars, cashier wouldnt post a note stating the machines where out of order!!! Nor would she refund our money!!! THIS WAS A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!

Ok food at salad bare was old like tomatoes lettuce Did not have good things like utter stores to pick from Load music kids all over under 12 YRs old Did not get stake like I ask for kind like rubber and was not medium Well was Too many marshmallows and they are still Mens room clean but floor needs mats it is not safe in my book Not a lot of desserts to pick from wipe cream is not kept in the refrigerator it is worm

The food was edible... Its not exactly high quality meat. Inferior but you get what you pay for well not really I think you should more than bananas ..... Price ls 11 for breakfast they dont serve any fresh fruit pineapple oranges mangoes raspberry blueberry all missing from their buffet if you plan to eat breakfast there know that they have very very limited fresh fruit only serve can fruit in heavy corn syrup

Am very disappointed with the service. Seemed like the staff were all busy talking with each other. Rather then paying any attention to the tables. I took my wife ,brother and my son. I had to go up and fill our drinks through out the evening. And the food was over cooked orjust not very good. Hope that this restaurant just had a bad night. But I will go to another for while. I will not recommend this branch.

December 29,2014 - went for lunch There was plenty of food but the quality was poor. Our server introduced herself as soon as we sat down but never saw her again only when we were ready to leave. My husband had to go and get his soda by the cash where you enter. I do not like to give bad reviews but I cannot give any more than * * for this restaurant. It was my first and last visit to this Golden Corral.

Ten out of ten, I do not recommend this place. My family loves Golden however the food was sub par at this particular location. We were all disappointed. For $16/person, we expected far better food, food choices and over all experience. The food was not kept at the right temperature. Isnt that a code violation? Anyways, save your money and go some place else cause this place isnt it.

Very clean restaurant. Waitresses are very good at giving one more drinks and cleaning up. They take away the dirty plates promply. The steak was poor very chewy not tender. In my opinion it has gone down hill. There wasnt any salmon which my wife and I were very dissappointed. The chicken, salad, mashed potatoes and food in general was good.

Went there last night unfortunately. My 10 Y/O daughter found a heavy guage staple with her teeth in their meatloaf. We informed the server, Janita, who brought the metal to the manager WHO WAS VERY DISINTERESTED and didnt do anything about it. No apology or explanation, and to boot they left the contaminated dish on the buffet. 0 stars.

Nasty place rats and small cockroaches all over the place Bad service. When we asked for a refund since we decided to turn around and not eating the food the answer was NO. Regional manager has to most bad service skills and attitude ever . She was very rude . You better go to next door there are better places to eat
