I usually go there with my dad when he comes visit from France, the choice and variety of sushi is great, the food is fresh and good,I love the seaweed and sashimi salads, the grill is excellent, the ambiance is lively, the deco is better than at most buffet but not extraordinary, the service while ok for an all you can eat could be better, when I visited with my dad I constantly had to ask the waitress to refill our cup with water,on the other hand its true that if we ordered another drink we didnt have to worry about anything, they will come check on us every 5 minutes, the quality of the service At the grill is uneven, the meat is always perfectly grilled(the meat melt in your mouth) ,but sometimes the guy who grill the meat doesnt want to work to much, what I mean by that is that instead of cutting your meat and veggies he just give you a piece of steak and now youre the one who got to go hunt for a knife, all together it is a great Japanese buffet, the service may not always be the most efficient but its always done with a smile, the hostesses are always greeting you as soon as you enter the door, the place is clean and the price are right, which bring me to wonder if some of the people who rated that place one star are not some jealous competitors who try to get even, but then again may be hell break loose on the day they visited, all I know is that it never happened to me and I have going to that place regularly for the past 4 years!! By the way it has been voted best buffet in miami by Newstimes magazine in their best of miami 2016,congratulations!

Bom lugar pra comer japonês, com bastante variedade e pratos aparentemente frescos.

I could kick myself every time I go to one of these places... for lack of a better word "troughs". Yes, a feeding TROUGH. At first, I thought it was going to be great. $16.50 per head. OK. So I walked around took a look and said "Doesn’t look bad. A lot of different things. What the Hey! Theyll never make a dime on my capacity." WRONG. You could not get enough soy and hot sauce to make this stuff taste like anything. My second trip up to the trough I just settled for crab legs. How could you go wrong with crab legs? I didnt finish them. They were frozen and thawed so many times and left in water to the point that they tasted like soggy paper. Even the chocolate ice cream tasted like hot coco and frozen skim milk. But if you just want to pig out on bland junk and drink a beer its going to cost you $50 bucks for you and a friend and thats with a $4. tip. That’s a buffet tip. But hey! It is not this place particularly, it is just these “types” of places. They are all the same. And they just suck. This place was clean and nicely decorated too. This is not a case of “You get what you pay for.” For Sushi, I regularly go to Katanas on 79th and eat till I say Im sorry (ten plates & soup with two beers) with tip it is generally $40-5. bucks for a friend and I. Last night, I guess I was just being a bit cheep. But I learned a real good lesson. GO TO A RESTAURANT NOT TO A BUFFET!

Sushi is good but beware of the hibachi and their employees. The cook is not very understanding or attentive towards allergies. I told him that I was allergic to mushrooms and after he decided to cook someone elses food and mine in which the other individual had mushroom I told him that I couldnt eat it. He decided to tell me that it doesnt matter and that it wouldnt kill me. After I told him that it actually could kill me he decided to go ahead and stated that there was too many people. But actually there was only one food being cooked in the hibachi. After with attitude and disrespect he decided to go to the back and what I assume was wash the spatulas, he decided to make my hibachi which was shrimp and meat. But when he came to cutting the meat, I told him that he used the same knife that he used before cooking with mushroom. This time I took it to my table and didnt eat it since this place has no respect towards individuals with allergies. It can even be noticed when you look at the raw shrimp and you see mushrooms all over it. This has being my second experience with this location but other than eating at a cheap buffet I rather go there. If this area had other locations I would conduct my business meetings somewhere else. I tried calling the manager today and there was no supervisor or manager to speak to. Very unprofessional location.

Went in on a Sunday night and paid for it all Monday. 20 minutes after leaving my date and I felt pretty sick- Im sure your imagination can fill in the rest. Sushi tasted as if it was run under the faucet to wash off any bad smells/flavors...it didnt have that distinct sushi taste, just blan rubbery fish(same thing they do at Miyakos in Sunny Isles). Food did not look fresh to say the least. Anything that was fried in dough(sweet and sour chicken, orange chicken, etc.) wasnt crunchy or flavorful- just dry and soggy. Chicken and broccoli was reheated too many times and the chicken was very chewy. Only thing that I can give kudos on is the Mongolian grill because it is cooked right in front of you, no guessing game involved. Approached management to discuss my unsatisfactory meal and they accused me of lying...great way to keep a customer. I Cmon people...stop settling for less than decent food at ridiculous prices! DEMAND QUALITY!

I went there for veggie rolls... They do not normally have them on the buffet. I did not know that. The sign on the bar said something like "if you do not it what you want ask" So I asked... and the push back was real. I seemed to be bothering the staff. The staff tending the food bar (behind the line) where crippled - I mean all of them. They were one armed people because none of them would put their cell phones down. I kid you not! They were texting non-stop. They never looked up when I attempted to talk to them, and make nothing more than grunts a head nods at me and my wife. Wild! The floor staff was horrified of the behavior too, but there was nothing they could do. Something is going on there that I just can not put my finger on. I forgot to mention the rolls were did taste good, not great just good.

First, I found a hair in my ice cream. The owner/manager came over, picked through the hairy ice cream, looked at us and made excuses. I asked him to open a fresh container of ice cream and he refused. "We throw out the containers every night and put fresh ones every day." I call BS. What did I get? A 15% discount. Joy! *sarcasm* Second, my husband got FOOD POISONING, which earned him an overnight stay in the hospital and a prescription medication for 2 weeks. And in case anyone thinks that the raw fish is what did it - he ate mostly the hot food and a few pieces of sushi. The wait was long, the quality was sub par, and the prices were high. My son ate one plate of noodles (lo mein), a few pieces of orange chicken and broccoli. That does not warrant a twenty dollar price tag.
