I got my order to go, when I sat down to eat it I noticed that I did not get my macaroni they gave me fries instead. When I took the fries up to give back to get my macaroni the young man behind the counter said to go ahead and keep the fries which I thought was a very nice gesture. Food was hot and fresh, the eating area was very clean. They had a woman cleaning up after each customer left which I thought was very impressive. She stayed on top of things. I would have given four stars, but the mistake with my order only allowed me to give three.

This Popeyes is by far the best fast food restaurant Ive been too. The food is good but what makes this the best is the service. Each and every time I come to this place we are always greeted with smiling faces and great manners and good attitudes. All of the staff at this location are so wonderful. Great job guys! I will only ever go to this location.

2nd time Ive been here and my order has been screwed up, popeyes food is expensive and its very frustrating getting home to someone elses order and its half of what you actually ordered for you and your family. . Especially after its the second time waiting in a 10 minute drive through line..

Great place since it opened....lets see how they do in the long run.....Update as of 7/25/17 So as we were all concerned about service has definitely taken a step back but still a 3 1/2 star for the quality of the food. It now depends on the time of day you go for the quality I look for.

Great customer service people are really nice and they treat everyone well I went on 03/05/2017 and for some reason the chicken was not fully cooked raw inside I dont go back and ask for another one but it was supper nasty hope they do better thats why only 3 stars.

The best Popeyes by far! The food was so nice and fresh I made several stops on the way home only to make it home to the food still being hot and fresh!! 10/10 not to mention I wasnt in drive through long and the presentation was 10/10

I love their chicken tenders and the place is new and clean but the staff is not so friendly and sometimes they get the order wrong. Which sometimes is to my advantage that I get extra food thats why they get 4 stars.

I wont suggest going to this place if you are taking a lunch brake from work. I have to wait for order for 10 minutes. Its only few costumes when I went to this Popeye. Not going there for lunch break any more.

Ive been to this Popeyes in pembroke pines the food is always hot and the staff is always friendly. I have had to wait a couple of times but they always ACCOMODATE with something extra or different.

Came in pretty late around 8 30pm with huge 50 piece order. Manager Michael was quite accommodating with us. Food came fast and hot. Huge hit at the birthday party. Love that chicken from Popeyes!!
