If you want chicken kitchen get chicken kitchen but dont get it from this location. I live 4 min away this location and I will literally drive out of my way to a different one. Long story short, the little Asian manager owner whatever she is hates everything and everyone dont ask for extra or personalized anything ( even if your more than willing to pay extra ) because she refuses to give it. I asked another employee to leave the skin on and she heard me and told her no not to give it to me. Also their sauce is 4% sauce in a huge bucket with 96% water. The hot trays leak hot ass water on you. Their cookies make you sick. Mac n cheese makes you sick not just me basically everyone I know that has made the mistake of trying it and Overall the fact that the moment you walk in you feel the hatred from this Asian lady. Best part is if you want to call this location you cant because the line has been disconnected for months. Eliminate the Asian and we are back in business. Amen

A restaurant that serves its customers to their satisfaction? "Whats that?", asks the Chicken Kitchen in this Crossings shopping center. DONT expect any help if your order is wrong. DO expect the manager to come out and guilt-trip you into buying it anyway. Now I know what its like for a restaurant to tell me (in a fit) that the food I simply wanted adjusted will have to be thrown away completely. However, Ive been to other Chicken Kitchen locations without any problems. This location must simply be doing it wrong. P.S. - Beware the trap of a "Regular" actually being a Large (at large prices). Maybe Im strange, but "Regular" typically implies a medium size at, at most.

Hands down best Chicken Kitchen in Miami. I literally dont mind driving from wherever I am to eat lunch here. The food just taste amazing it never fails you whatever day of the week it is. The customer service is excellent. I am greeted once I walk into the place. They make you feel welcome. The place is super clean as well. I come here atleast twice a week for lunch for the last 3 years and I cannot get tired of this chicken kitchen!

This place is so delightful! The staff is efficient and always friendly, greeting you every time you walk in; always willing to accommodate any request or alteration; the dining room is large, comfortable and always organized. The food is fresh and offers many different dishes and recipes not normally offered the typical chains. You can also call ahead and have your order ready for you as drive over. Overall great experience always.

Cant complain about this specific location. I come here 2-3 times a week to have lunch. My spouse and i are greeted every time we walk in. The place it extremely clean and the food is always delicious. I live closer to a different location, but choose to drive here instead. The owners and all employees are very nice and never cease to disappoint. I highly recommend this Chicken Kitchen.

Love this place, I go twice a week and get large orders for the whole office, the manger Wayne is the best, and his staff is super nice!! always have consistently good service. and of course the food is yummy. And the best part, there is barely ever a line when I walk in there. Keep up the fabulous work!! I would highly recommend to any body, Hands down!!!

Been at this restaurant few times, the food was great. I tried the teriyaki chop it was amazing. They offer a $5 special which is great. Staff was friendly and the store was pretty clean after all it was the middle of they dinner rush. OVER all I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE....

The service was not bad, but the quality of food has deteriorated since this location first opened. The chicken was barely warm, the curry sauce is watered down, and the croutons in my salad were stale. The people were nice but Im probably never going to eat here again.

Easily the worst chicken kitchen Ive been to. The curry sauce tasted watered down. The yellow rice wasnt very yellow, and the chicken was dry. I gave an extra star for not making me sick. I wont come back here again.

Awesome Restaurant! They cater our schools hot lunches daily. The food is always prepared fresh and delivered on time. Our staff eats there often and enjoys the food. Highly recommend!

Terrible. Ordered a large chicken teriyaki chop chop and got the regular and barely any chicken teriyaki but more yellow rice. It took them an hour and 15 minutes to deliver.
