Theres always something missing in my order when going by the drive-thru. If you stop to check the bag before moving forward theyll give you the funny look like if they get upset because you dont trust everything is in the bag. It happened again tonight, the young lady said: "Sir, everythings in the bag." While the car behind me is honking the horn in a desperate rush I decided to trust the KFC employee... Huge mistake! Get home, sit down at the table with the family, and not enough forks for the amount of meals, and one of the meals was missing a piece. Now, if I were to pack everything back in the bag and go back to KFC to claim the missing piece several things will happen: it will no longer be considered "fast food" instead it may be something more like "let me waste your time making you drive to KFC twice and eating cold kinda food", because if I decide to go back and they give me the piece they missed in my order then all the food will be cold by the time I get home the second time around.

I would rate this place 0, but Google and most other sites dont allow it. I ordered take out. When I walked inside, the buffet had been closed for an hour and all the fokd was still sitting in thd buffet and smelled BAD. There were flies everywhere. But because we were hungry, I figure maybe the food that is being made now would be better. Boy was I wrong. The cashier was touching the register and then handling food (no gloves), thrn going back to register. Later that night, not only did I get sick, but all 6 of my other family members did. My one sister was vomiting at the airport as she was flying that night. My other sister also vomited. My youngest brother had it the worst; had massive stomach pain and vomiting and couldnt eat for 4 days. After a trip to hospital, they said it was food poisoning. Please please please read the reviews that others have said. Stay away from this KFC; it is very dirty!

This place has a buffet for $7.99. The sides are fresh looking, but not sure how often its changed out. Usual, I come here around noon. The chicken isnt usually at the buffet anymore. That is to say, you request it at the ordering counter, and theyre pretty generous with the amount of pieces you get unless you specify. The buffet itself is very clean, including the soda fountain. The dining room has been renovated with new tables and padded stools and also kept clean. I only knock a star off my review because the AC isnt running very cold. Its quite warm throughout the store.

Huge mistake coming here ordered the buffet for me my husband and two kids not only did the cashier charged my three year old when sign clearly state free. Food was cold from the buffet as we sat down to eat little flies kept dropping in our food and drinks from the lights above tried to move spots where the light was not at still had little flies everywhere the manager on duty was very apologetic and helpful to the situation but I dont think I will return

The lady from the drive-thru sounds like she really doesnt want to work there. Wasnt rude or anything but hearing her made me want to let her sleep. The rest was good and fast. Nice menu options

I went there three times and all the time was a very dirty place, and I dont think you want to know how the restrooms were. I cant believe this is happening on Pembroke Pines.. nasty.
