When I first started going here the service was on point. Then after they saw I was coming frequently the service went out the window. Always an issue with the steak orders, 4 out of 5 times I visited they never had steak cooked to serve. The last time the short guy told me I had to wait 5 minutes for him to cook the steak which I did wait, but only to watch him give away my freshly cooked steak to another new customer. So never mind that I came almost daily and left a tip out of decency cause there arent any servers. This short miserable individual lied in my face to tell me my dish was ready and when I said give me my food then there was a moment of silence. Short troll didnt even have the decency to apologise and make things right. You know common sense stuff but some people just dont know how to handle little positions like this and think that by screwing someone over they win something, guess what troll youre in Miami, the mecca of diverse food. Suck on a sour worm salty troll.

went there today for lunch-I used to go there all the time, but could never find a parking spot........ thought I had won the lotto cuz I found a parking spot. THAT should have told me to stay away. I walked in at 1:00PM (PRIME lunch time) - 2 people eating inside and 2 people in line (a couple) - STILL thought I was lucky - HOW WRONG I WAS!!!!! 2 people behind the counter - BOTH doing the same thing - Helping the Couple in front of me - 12 minutes later Im still standing there looking like an idiot!!! They did not acknowledge I was there - not a "Ill be with you in a minute" NOTHING - after 15 minutes of being there - I walked out!!! I also noticed that when he took Chicken to cut - it came from UNDERNEATH the counter not fresh off the grill!!! (HOW Long was that chicken there???)

I normally go to the Natural Chicken Grill closer to my house in Davie, but since this one is closer to work, I have been there several times for weekday lunches. Definitely not up to the standards of the Davie location (that one is awesome), but still marginally acceptable. As others have mentioned, the line is pretty slow, so if there are several people in front of you, save your lunch hour and head elsewhere. The salsa is out of a jar instead of being made in-house like the other location, and the guacamole is subpar as well. The soft drink machine usually has at least one or two selections that are inoperative, if not the entire machine. Other than those complaints, I have never had a problem with the taste or freshness of the chicken or churrasco.

I really like the food, but they do dirty business there... I looked at my receipt and theres like 4 adds-ons on top of the meal price... I was like what is this... they advised me jalapenos are extra, and this and that.. I advised, you tell the customer before you add to their plate not when you charge them. Moreover some of the workers are not so nice, very poor business ethics.

Service/ portion/ quality sucks. Be careful , ask for prices before you order. New management took down prices and now they over charge if you dont ask.. also watch portions , they wont give you whole portions. They definitely give chicken from day before sometimes too. This was closest thing but now I drive to next exit to not get cheated.

They have delicious food. The chicken wings are over priced but theyre chops are yummy. Non greasy and the ladies that work there hook it up with the food. There small chops will get you full. Trust me i work with 3 big guys and only the small chops get you full. I get the south of the border with beans. Too good.

I work for a dealer ship every Sunday we order food there and some of the times there closed there service is horrible either they fix there time or please go out of business and let others business be successful in a busy area thats another thing the area is super busy theres no reason why they should close

Chicken was cold, sides left a lot to be desired and worse part of it is inexplicably, you get charged more than the price on the board. When I asked about it, I was told "prices are subject to change". Id rather have been told Im being price gauged and thats it. Terrible and never have returned.

Service sucks. They use no gloves, they just grab the food with their dirty hands and long ugly fingernails. While waiting to be attended they dont even tell u nothing. U need to assume that they are busy. And they will help u one day.( More hygene and gloves PLEASE ) we had to leave.

This place has far exceeded my expectations. I was used to going to Kitchen Chicken in Miami lakes until I found this place. Their service is great, portions are huge, and the food is tasty. I really feel that the new management has done a great job.

Great food, good sizes for what you pay for. Some what friendly staff but one thing that keeps changing is they keep making the large chop size change not for the good but towards the small. At this point the small is worth it not the large anymore.

i have been calling for over 40 minutes now, and no answer! i even called corporate and spoke to someone who said to e-mail them and they called and noone answered for corporate either! everyone needs to be terminated and new staff hired.

I order 10 piece wings and fries. The food was nasty. The chicken was fried in old oil and the mild sauce was watery and cheap. This is the worst place ever to get hot wings from. PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE.....
