25 minutes waiting for 3 tender box. How is it that family meals were provided to customers that came 10 after me. Then Christine said that they had given my order to someone else. One I got tired of waiting I got out of my car and went inside. I told the guy that I should be given something or even my money back for the inconvenience and all he did was laugh and ask if I wanted a drink after I already had a drink. He told Christine what I had said and instead of her being a polite and apologizing for the inconvenience she decided to go back and forth with me on how three tenders take 25 minutes to cook unlike whole chicken. She was not even decent enough to come to me and speak to me face to face she decided to scream from the back side of the kitchen but what can I say thats their best customer service . Every time you go to this location you place an order you have to pull to the side and wait for them to prepare it. They have so many employees and for no reason.

Chicken is very good, even though is fried, grease does not drip on your plate, mash potatoes, mac & cheese, actually the whole menu is good, a little pricey at times but they do run a couple of special prices on the meals which is better to order like that than individually side orders are expensive and they reduced its size. Drive-thru always, always packed, staff not always cordial but you do find some good ones

Only reason why Im giving 2 stars is cause I requested for bbq sauce and the lady in the window said the bbq sauce was inside the chicken boxes. As I get home and open up the boxes no bbq sauce real nice Popeyes.

Omg .. So ratchet... Hold on one minute, then come back and say "we dont have that!" Lol...chicken was good, fries cold and hard. Theyre open late, so good spot when its late and nothing else is open.
