My nephew came from Canada with a voucher he got from Groupon, dinner for 4, to dine at Para Dos restaurant and when we got there it was not granted by the manager of the restaurant. They claimed that Groupon Vouchers are not accepted on special days like Mothers Day. We looked on the restrictions but we could not find anything related to restrictions. Perhaps the owner forgot to add this detail? What was interesting is that there were only one table with 8 people and the rest of the restaurant was empty. Despite all this we decided to dine there. My nephew paid the full price for the meals which the taste of the food was less than desirable. Their grilled chicken was dry and no flavor, the french fries were very oily. The waitress came to setup the table and serve water and never showed up to check on us but to collect the check at the end. Very discuss with the whole thing. I do not recommend anyone to dine at this restaurant.

Worse experience ever! I went to the restaurant last night for the first time. The place was super loud, the music, the people screaming, the waitress couldnt hear what we were saying, we couldnt talk to each other, the service was horrible, the waitress didnt bring the wine to the table after 25min from ordering it, and he only brought it because we asked again to please bring the wine. Then we got 3 different plates, 2 of them didnt taste good (its worth mentioning that one of my friends is Peruvian and she said the food didnt taste Peruvian at all), and one had frozen veggies on it. The 3rd plate was uncooked and i agreed to have them take it and bring it back, when i got it back it was the same plate in stead of a new one and it was still uncooked. by that time i was already super pissed. We were never offered an apology either witch is very disappointing! I will never recommend or come back to this place ever!

My wife is from Peru. I am not. We both enjoy Peruvian food, however. There a several different Peruvian restaurants in Miami, but none have the pleasant ambience or quality of service and food as we found at Pardos. Peruvian food in Peru is better, no doubt. And I prefer Norkys to Pardos over there. Still, Pardos here is the best Ive seen or tasted here in the US. The chicken was hot and fresh off the rotisserie. The secret spices were true to flavor. The special sauces served along-side were delicious! The french fries and yuca fries were delicious and fresh. The chica morada is delicious. Yes, the tacu-tacu was not so good, but everything else was great! Quality of food= Five stars. Service= 4 stars (good but not amazing). Desserts= 4.5 stars; Location/decor= 5 stars; Price= about $30 for my wife and me at dinner. If I have out of state company, this is where I am taking my family/friends for dinner!

I visited Pardos today for lunch. They did not have their rotisserie chicken so I had to settle for chicken on the grill. That was not a problem. I ordered 1/4 dark with a side of salad. The amount of the single piece of chicken that I received was so small that I thought it was a chicken nugget. I brought this to the attention of the hostess and waiter. The hostess replied that the portion that I received was equivalent to a drum stick. The waiters explanation wasnt any better. Folks, when I tell you this was small. I am not exaggerating. Pardos was so petty that noticing how disappointed I was, did not offer to bring me another piece of chicken. So not only are they raising prices, they are cutting down on portions. Enjoy!

It used to be an honest good peruvian restaurant. But lately the quality of the service and the quality of the food, both, dropped considerably. I ordered something on the phone and I received something different from what I had ordered. And some of my favorite dishes are not as carefully being prepared as it used to be, mainly the chicken quinoa protein salad (it does not taste close to what it used to be). I hope they will go back to what they were before. The good think is that they respond well if you complain, and they will make it up for it. I just dont want to go to a place if I will have to complain in the end.

i am peruvian and extremely proud of our cuisine. pollo a la brasa is one of my favorite foods ever. i go to lima about 2x a year and i always go to pardos...naturally when i learned they would be opening pardos in coral gables (5 minutes from my home) i was so excited. i went soon after opening only to be extremely let down. the chicken was mediocre, the fries were cold. we also ordered the tacu tacu to share and it was one of the worst displays of tacu tacu ever. just HORRIBLE. pardos in lima is BEYOND amazing - why ruin it like this in miami? the location and decor is excellent...so upsetting!

Pardo Chicken Peru should be concerned about the low quality food offered in Coral Gables, FL restaurant. I ordered LOMO SALTADO, Peruvian flag dish... Simply TERRIBLE Using a over vinegar sauce, boiled meat not fried (not tenderloin) was repugnant Not even close to an original one and overpriced Not done in wok, left it with an intense stomach ache and belching vinegar I wanted to contact AMEX to complain about this situation Be aware of the low quality of something that isnt Peruvian cuisine but crap... PS. ONE star because there is NO stars option

Im a huge fan of Peruvian food and this place has great food. Unfortunately the delivery is hell. It takes them forever to deliver. The food comes cold or all mixed up and in smaller portions. they forget parts of your order and they charge you things one did not ask for. Ive gave them 3 chances but all orders had mistakes or they decide not to bring it to you. To bad for this restaurant that they dont care about their delivery service.

DO NOT COME HERE! If you are Peruvian you will not like th we food here. It is tasteless, the worst chicken I ever had and the chaufa tastes like nothing at all. When I asked if I could have one side remove from my bill because I didnt like it and didnt even touch it, the manager rudely denied and I was charged. Horrible experience and tasteless food. Please trust the reviews, save your time and money.

IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD. I have NEVER written a review for a restraunt before and I just HAD to write this. The food was AWFUL. I ordered my food via UberEATS and it arrived in good time and was still warm, BUT I got the chicken croquettes and they were over cooked. I also got some civiche and it was just very tasteless. I eat a lot of Peruvian food, its my favorite, and this was the WORST.

The green rice was always excellent. I just paid $9.90 for about two cups of rice which apparently was reheated far too many times. After raving about it to my house guest, I was terribly disappointed and unable to use with my snapper dinner. My guest could not believe I paid $9.90 for the small amount of gooey rice. I was VERY disappointed, and will not recommend their food any longer.
