The service here is impeccable. I know the word "impeccable" is usually not associated with a super casual restaurant like IHOP. This particular IHOP beats out ALL other IHOPs. I wish other businesses would take a page out of their book. The staff here is wonderful. I come here anywhere between twice a month to once a week, and the wait staff and managers are always super cordial whenever they recognize me. This place is run like a well oiled machine. Even when theyre full to capacity (i.e. Sunday mornings), the staff is super efficient. They cook, clean and seat in a quick, yet unrushed synchrony. The wait staff really go out of their way to ensure your happiness. If something is over cooked, they change it without hesitation. If youre sitting at a table thats too warm or too cold, they happily change your seat. Maybe this is why, during the recession, as other restaurants were sinking, IHOP managed to remain afloat.

After having a terrible labor day weekend we decided to drive out of the way to go eat at IHOP. It has been the best thing. That has happened to us on the trip. When we got there they where so nice to us.Ernie is the best waiter he took our order was very attentive and what he did that no-one has ever done is asked he we wanted something for our 8 month old baby. Mind u we where a party of 6 plus a baby. Awesome!!! Then to top it off we like coffee and he brought an extra thing of coffee and was on top of things. Definitely sit with him. If we r ever in that part of town again will stop again just cuz its that awesome service we got. THANK U ERNIE!!!

Went here on Christmas and it was really busy, although considering the day and the time we went, it was no surprise at all. Food was good, but the French toast could have been better. Service was good, I forget our servers name because Im writing this pretty late but she was this cute old lady who seemed a bit stressed given the circumstances of the day. But it was enjoyable, no outrageous complaints. Way off topic but all the servers here are really tall, I thought that was interesting.

To our surprise we didnt have to wait for a table. Order two Coffee a check the menu. We order 55+ Ride & Shine, I had the Chicken Fajita with the Harvest Grain pancakes that I share. Place was busy but not full. The server Megan was excellent & pleasant. The food was Ok but did not make the four start. Im just given my opinion.

The place is nice and quiet, the food takes too long to be done though, and they dont pay attention to what some customers say... For example I wanted my hamburger meat rare, and they made it well cooked... I asked for red potatoes and mine came with dressings and my counsins didnt. So thats that. The foods still awesome though.

Right close to my job. I come here for two things, the fried chicken and the crispy cheesecake crepe dessert but only gets 4 stars because they no longer carry those items on the menu and the floors need to be updated. Other than that the staff is always friendly and those cooks have been for over a decade!

The waitresses were super nice. Food was subpar for a IHOP, I dont know if it is because the restuarant was in the middle of renovations. I got eggs, bacon, toast, pancakes and a hash brown. The eggs and bacon were fine, but the toast , pancakes and hash brown was super cold when I got my dish.

We really enjoyed our experience at this IHOP. Our server was Ernie, he was friendly, nice and attentive. Our food came out so fast I was shocked and the food was hot and fresh. We ordered the pancake combo with the raspberry white chocolate chip pancakes. It was so good. Great experience!

Great experience. Even with so many people our servers were efficient and courteous. 4 stars only because my egg white omelet was little too wet. Not greasy, just wet; maybe it was the spinach. The rest was awesome.

Went on 58 cents day. Happy Anniversary IHOP. My family and I had a great waitress who assisted us. Although it was busy, she made sure we were OK. Pancakes were great with strawberry sauce.

I would have given them 4*s if the stop putting frozen stuff on hot crepes. Would give them 5 *s if they would give cleaner utensils. Going there for years now only IHOP I would eat in.
